❛ since when do humans come in pink . ❜ more a question muttered to herself , than an honest inquiry for the human standing in front of her . she had heard of a pink human before , calls himself LARS , if she was to be bothered to remember correctly . the one who stole a ship , hilariously chased by an ever persistent emerald of yellow diamond’s court . it only occured to her now that asking of a human’s colour scheme might not have been APPROPRIATE . especially if she had never met this one before . delicate fingers take hold of her silver veiled skirt , she bows EVER GRACEFULLY , as to be expected from blue diamond’s former personal pearl . ❛ how rude of me . please forgive my insensitivity . ❜

Honestly, this question didn’t bother him at all it seems. From all the time he spent with Blue Diamond, he never properly introduced himself to her Pearl. Of course, he saw her often, but never talked to her. Ever since he started to visit Earth more, other Gems have been kind of... Baffled at his appearance and didn’t know humans came in this color. Because of this, he usually corrects them. He doesn’t know they’re bring this up now, though. He remembers that Pink Diamond was even confused about Aegis’ new appearance, but that was in the past now. A little chuckled can be heard from the commander’s mouth.

“It’s quite alright, really. But do keep in mind not to ask this question to other humans. They may not appreciate it, even if it was an honest inquiry”

Aegis gives the Pearl a formal bow of his own, showing respect to her, despite her previous role in Gem society. Under Blue and Pink Diamond, it wasn’t unusual of him to treat the other gems with kindness, despite this their class. It honestly didn’t matter to him and he wouldn’t change it one bit, “We have met countless of times before; through my meetings with Blue Diamond. But I’m afraid I haven’t introduced myself. How rude of me. My apologies”

Reminder that this pink dude would be your muse’s father-figure or mentor, perhaps. Well, I guess this would only apply to humans, but mentor could still work for Gems somewhat.

Aegis looks down at the smaller human, seeing the excitement in his eyes. This was his first meeting with the new monarch of Pink’s former court. Even though he had her gem, it wasn’t Pink. His formal master was long gone, but he moved on. There are other gems who knew that still haven’t pass it yet, one being his current master. But, this is now and back then, so he has to move forward for HER sake.

“Why hello there” He greets, with a little smile on his face, “What beautiful weather we’re having, don’t you think?”

“And how is this important?” This was an interesting question to say the least. It appears one of Beach City’s many citizens want to use him for a science experiment for some sort. He sometimes sees this boy hanging around with Lars, but always seems irritated around the person in front of him. He didn’t have much to do today, besides running some errands for his master, but who knows the outcome of this situation. Only time will tell…

The commander gives the shorter male a stern look, one that might scare the pants off of someone, “You really want an answer, do you? Well, the answer is… Yes” Oh, this was unexpected. Good job Ronaldo.
