Good morning everyone! I feel kinda sad this morning, because last night at work someone forced me to eat and I was under a lot of pressure, so I broke my fast, which led me to binge later in the night. So I binged at like 1am before going to sleep :(
Anyway, I’m still going to fast till Saturday and I’m ACTUALLY doing it this time, no excuses. I feel like a pig tho :( I’ll just try to exercise more today.

I’ve been b1nging like crazy for the last few days, so I’m looking a lot puffier :(
But now, I’m going to f4st until Saturday! I’m only ten hours in (I’ve been sleeping during those hours lol) but I’m good so far. Also, I quit smoking so my appetite is huge. Anyone got any tips on how to suppress appetite without n1cotine?

This week has been tough, since I’ve sadly been binging a lot. But last Thursday, I started a fast and I’m now 47 hours in! I’m either going to go for 48 hours or maybe 72 if I’m able to, but I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to do 72 hrs, so I’ll just see what I can do 🤷🏻♀️

I’m having some trouble staying locked in today and I’m sooo tired for some reason. I’m having dinner tonight with my step-family and we’re having fries with a snack like we do every Wednesday, but I already ate 349c just now ☹️. I’m just going to try to get the smallest portion possible tonight, so at least that way I won’t overeat. For lunch I had protein oats with cottage cheese and then for a snack I had some strawberries and an orange.

Good evening sweeties! I planned on doing a WIAT the other day, but I binged so I felt embarrassed :(
But I’ll do one today, even though I ate a little more than I anticipated.
Breakfast: black coffee (0c)
Lunch: Some Brussel sprouts with potatoes and a bit of ham (328c) and protein mousse (150c)
Snacks: An orange (80c), a protein bar (170c), piece of chocolate (68c).
Dinner: Some pickle flavoured chips (428c 💔) and a glass of white wine (90c)
I ate more than I wanted to and I feel really bad, especially since tomorrow I’m having dinner with my stepdad’s children and we eat fries with snacks every Wednesday night. I hate Wednesdays because of it. The worst thing about it is that his kids eat a CRAZY amount of food, but they’re so skinny. I’m so f-ing jealous. And they give me weird looks if I say I don’t want seconds. I’m just going to try to find an excuse not to eat with them tomorrow, I guess. Sleep well!

I just woke up (only got 4 hours of sleep💔) and I’m now 11 hours into my l1qu1d f4st. I’ve decided that I’m allowed to drink 500 c4ls from stuff like smoothies, matcha, proteins shakes, chia water etc, because I do need those things to fasten my metabolism.
Anyway, I’m going to walk to the supermarket in a bit to get myself one of those disgusting green smoothies and some other stuff. 11 hours in, only 29 to go from here! 🪽🎀

So twenty minutes ago, I finally stopped and set a stopwatch. From now on, I’m going to f4st for at least 30 hours, maybe 40. At least this b1ng3 might be good for the metabolism… wish me luck, I guess 😭
