I’ve been sick, and I’m just now recovering from it. It’s been insanely hard to sing, or scream, and it’s really annoying me. I’m not sure how to solve this issue.

I’ve literally become nocturnal. I’ve been sleeping all day, and awake all night. I’m like an owl. Owls are nocturnal right?
