Meditation thoughts of the day 10-20-15.

Whenever the temptation of anger is overrided, the mind is rewritten in kindness. Knowing this, the condition of kindness transcends into a lifestyle choice. Learn how to act on this instead of acting in anger when a situation is created involving individuals that can push your buttons. You allow past trifles to influence your "inner beast" which feeds your anger. First you must let go of these negative emotions other people seem to fuel inside you. The negativity blinds you, causing you to grow comfortable with the inability to recognize when hate seeps into your heart. Remove the hate. It inhibits your creativity, your drive, and your passion. Remove the hate. A person's sins or blasphemies committed against you are not what define you. How you react defines your character. Have patience. You will reach your destination. Remember the journey is half the fun. Enjoy every moment and savor every lesson.
