Hi, I'm Heather! I'm 31, Bi, and Canadian, and occasionally I remember that I have a degree in illustration and put it to use.

I've been in the Stardew fandom for nearly a decade, and this is my blog dedicated to sharing my fan art, fan fics, as well as archiving all my favourite Sambastian content from other creators.

Currently Watching: Not actively watching anything at the moment because all of my shows are between seasons, but looking forward to the final season of Yellowjackets, and waiting on Pluribus/The Pitt/Heated Rivalry.

Currently Reading: I'm going to be honest and admit I don't read much else besides fanfiction these days, so mostly whatever is new on the Sam/Sebastian AO3 tag!

Current Obsession: Watched Leviticus on digital release day and I have a lot of feelings about it.

Currently Working on: The 13th chapter of my WIP fic, Cherry Bomb, but it's an ~important~ chapter and I've been stuck on it for a while because I really want to make sure it's perfect, haha.

Currently Wearing: My pajamas, which consists of one of the twenty or so tie-dye shirts I own (we make them often at work) & a random mismatched pair of pajama pants.

Last Search: Pictures of golden doodles because a kid at work asked me to draw her one as tribute to her late dog.

Favourite Flower: Lilacs! My parents used to have a lilac bush in our backyard growing up and they were so pretty.

Hi! I really liked doing Samtober last year, and also wanted to join Sebtober but was too overwhelmed. I definitely won’t be able to keep up with 31 prompts for one character again. So I had the idea to pool both Sam and Sebastian together, to mix and match, to use individually or for both, for shipping, platonic combos, etc.

Q & A:

„Why September?“ - Last year I kept accidentally calling the Sebastian list Sebtember instead of Sebtober, and I’ll be very busy in October anyway. Plus, I don’t want to take attention away from the people who usually compile these lists in October! So this is for September. However, you can use these whenever you want! The tag is #SebSamber26

„Are you the host of this event?“ - This is just for fun. I compiled these together with @coolbies but I don’t plan to make it a big event (I can’t promise to check the tag daily, or commenting on every post, etc.). Life has its way of interfering with my plans and I don’t want to disappoint any expectations! You don’t need to apply for anything, or be afraid of breaking any rules, etc.

„Can I join as an artist / writer / musician / botanist / chef /…?“ - open to all art forms :3

„Can i prepare posts in advance?“ - I post this list now so people have time to get their creative gears turning, but you can do what you want! Since it’s officially supposed to start in September people who follow this list will probably mostly check the tag during this time though.

„What does [x] prompt mean?“ - You can interpret them however you like, but if you need inspiration here are some explanations for more vague prompts:

Introduction: what does this character mean to you? What was your first impression? How did the first meeting with the farmer go?

Leaving / Arriving: how their dads left or came back, how Seb wants to leave for Zuzu while Sam moved to Pelican, what their plans with the Farmer are, etc.

Encore: them performing in their band, as a blank for every idea you couldn’t fit to another prompt, or when you had multiple ideas for a prompt and couldn’t decide.

As Septemper approaches I’ll probably periodically reblog this list with some tips n tricks that helped me whenever I worked with prompt lists!

FINALLY FINISHED THIS!! my own interpretation and additions to Sebastian's room in sdv ! Tried to keep anything in the image from the year 2010 or predated. i think theres a few give and takes but i really like the "older brother" early 2000s grunge aesthetic on another level and i thought who better fits it than him. I put a lot of references to stuff i personally like as well ^_^
