I was drawing Fae and it turned into a sort of study?? Fae are fucking weird.

When the nymphs first came out and everyone was excited, I was excited too! I thought they were all neat.

Then someone brought up the Cinder Nymph, and why they were disappointed in it. And I thought, well, I still like it, but damn, they really did miss out there. It would have looked so cool with the goop turned into lava.

Then I got bored, and this happened.

Say hi to the lava nymph.

No, I did not in fact edit this from the cinder nymph, I did it from the shadow sprite, because it didn’t occur to me to do it with the cynder nymph. Hence the stripes looking weird. They were an afterthought.

I drew a lot of dragons last night. In ordeR: Spiral, spiral, imperial, pearlcatcher, nocturne, and more imperials except this time they’re an EMPEROR and honestly you can kinda tell I was sleep-deprived while drawing that one, ech.

Still need to practice legs, because that seems to be my biggest problem when drawing dragons…

I wanted a style example sheet for if I open comissions on Flight Rising so I asked @bidabel for a dragon to draw, she sent me one, and I saved each stage of the image separately.

Two new characters and a revamped old one!

Melon Slice is a botanist for the I.S.S Harmony, a spaceship in the Equestrian Befriender fleet. I might post more about that later if I remember. She’s a goof who really likes plants.

Nova Flare is the captain of the I.S.S Harmony, and has earned the nickname “Cataclysm” for her destructiveness when she has access to weapons. (organised destruction, and only to the enemy. If the enemy happens to be someone who happens to have ticked her off, well... She knows paralysis spells too.)

Starshine is an insecure, awkward pegasus who is terrified of being left behind or forgotten... again. She has abandonment issues... (I only ever drew her once when I first created her, then didn’t draw her for two years, so I based her personality off that).

TFW you’re thinking of something and you just have to draw it.

I happened to be thinking of a Twilight Sparkle/Rainbow Dash/Applejack fusion.

The colour palette choice may confuse you, but I will point you towards zap apples; magical, rainbow coloured apples. Which start out grey.

I couldn’t decide between the three mane designs so I’m posting all of them =T
