I don’t know if anyone feels the same way as me but I think Amy and Rory’s divorce subplot was so breathtakingly stupid. Not a single character in Doctor who is renowned for their communication skills I know, but jfc TALK TO EACH OTHER PEOPLE. They both somehow convinced the other that they hated each other when they were so clearly still in love it just breaks my heart.
season 7 was such a mess even though power of three is one of my most cherished episodes. like the whole thing with amy being a model or something in asylum of the daleks made me so upset as a kid because WHAT ABOUT RORY????
literally the only thing in my headphones for 4 days straight was him and on occasion jeff buckley's grace. only 3 albums i listened to though. Either/Or, Figure 8, and XO.
Alameda, L.A., Tomorrow Tomorrow, Waltz #2, Stupidity Tries, Son of Sam, Pictures of Me, and Ballad of Big Nothing are my favorites.
i LOVE his songwriting and guitar work. and the weather and the atmosphere, and the lake and everything made the weekend really cool with the music playing.
i genuinely feel like i'm going crazy. i can't control myself and i'm terrified of my therapy session next tuesday because what if it really is bad enough to make her want me to go get a diagnosis and then what if my parents think i'm faking this too like i don't know what to do oh my god. like i just want to be normal so badly and ever since being off my meds it's made relatively unproblematic symptoms 100% worse. people already think i'm weird and i talk funny and shit but like if they can literally SEE me being weird next school year i'm gonna cry. i would love a lobotomy right now (/hj)
Going to the bathroom when you have skin picking disorder is kinda like an adventure. Will I go pee or will I enter a fugue state and rip all my skin off bc I felt a small blackhead on my shoulder. The possibilities are endless.
Yeppp. It’s like trying to see through your elbow. There are pinpricks of light on the back of the eyelids but no visualization at all. I’ve heard it described like others see projections on a tv screen, and aphantasics are completely missing the tv. Fun facts for anyone reading this: aphantasia can completely fuck up memory. I have no memories, and remember things by lists of facts. This also lead me to struggle severely with geometry because I couldn’t move shapes in my head, and with art because I have to rely entirely on muscle memory or references.
I struggled so much in geometry this year because of aphantasia. Hearing my teacher literally everyday ask us if we could picture that was sooo annoying. Like no I can't actually.
Even the most traumatic day of my life I can't actually picture. Am I still scared and nervous when I think about it?--Yes. But I can only tell you what happened. I can't relive it
