I've hated yogurt since I was a little kid, but I've always been jealous of people who didn't find it utterly repulsive--I wanted to be in on the perfect, simple, healthy breakfast that everyone else seemed to enjoy. So I'm trying, after 24 years, to be a yogurt ho (a hogurt). I've been slowly introducing Greek yogurt into my morning smoothies, and proudly, this morning I ate an entire tub of Chobani cut with copious amounts of granola. It doesn't seem like much, but in the spirit of my year of self improvement, little signs of slow incremental change go a long way. Making myself enjoy yogurt makes me wonder what other flaws I've always considered tenants of my personality can be shifted with determination and a little granola. Anyway, drop me your yogurt recommendations. I'm one of you now. https://www.instagram.com/p/Bs6bx-WlNUH/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=w8y2vmxizbp4
