One-sided / unrequited Peppizza is just a really really funny dynamic to me. Consider:

-Pizzahead's entire implied canon Peppino obsession being because he's really fixated on Italians and specifically this Italian, when Peppino probably didn't know this pizza guy existed because he's too busy being in debt

-Pizzahead's refusal to take anything seriously meaning he is literally incapable of understanding why Peppino is so pissed at him for his actions, much less apologizing (it's just "pranks" to him, what's a few threats and publicly broadcasted humiliation and trauma triggers and a little mortal peril at the end of the day, huh?)

-Pizzahead getting a restraining order filed against him after too many cartoonish disguises and stalking incidents and still not getting it through his thick crust

- Pizzahead showing up on Peppino's doorstep with a bouquet of squirty clown flowers and getting the door slammed on him while a loud "womp womp" plays

-Peppino at one point loading up his shotgun to use it as a deterrent and Pizzahead still not getting it

-Peppino refusing to be in the same room as Pizzahead because it's on sight + he's so pissed and tired of his bullshit

-Pizzahead randomly crying to other characters that the funny Italian doesn't love him back and they just awkwardly give up explaining to him that he's a terrible person who has a genuinely unhinged idea of flirting
