You are enough just as you are.
Your journey is your own. Go at your own pace.
Did you know anxiety will affect nearly 30% of adults at some point in their lives, and women are twice as likely to be affected as men? For people living with anxiety, their minds can play tricks on them, convincing them they’re only worthy of love, time and patience if they are having “good” days. This is a lie. The sheer fact that you are a living, breathing human means that you are worthy of those things everyday. So whether you are up or down today, remind yourself that both versions of you deserve love and compassion, from others and from yourself. Fight to find the good. Keep gratitude journals. Surround yourself with inspirational quotes. Decorate your body with meaningful tattoos. Talk to trusted loved ones about your struggles. Seek out help from a mental health professional. Do whatever it takes to find joy. And if you’ve ever felt like you’ve had to fight just to live, we hope you know you are not the only one. And we hope you know that although life can be incredibly tough, you are as well. You are worthy. You are loved. You are enough, you are a thousand times enough.
It’s alright to be under construction. To be figuring things out. To be searching for yourself. Often, this is what growth is. It can seem messy, confusing, and wild, but please take a moment to breathe and trust. Really, just trust this madness. It may feel uncomfortable, this feeling of growth. This uncertainty of who you truly are. But know that you will get there, when the time is right.
