PLEASE HELP MY BELLA GET X-RAYS
PLEASE SHARE SHE NEEDS TO BE SEEN ASAP
Hello everyone remember Bella who had surgery on her left luxating patella? Well this surgery happened in December and now here in June she is experiencing VERY PAINFUL flare ups in the leg she had surgery on!! I made an appointment and come to find out, her leg is STILL luxating.
Their excuse, “Oh it just pops back out sometimes.” SO they’re telling me that a SURGERY will fail after only 6 months???? Every vet I have said this to has said, they have NEVER heard of such a thing!! I called the vet who performed the surgery and asked for his name..they REFUSED to give me the name. I had to physically walk in and DEMAND the name of the surgeon and after finally receiving the name, found out this surgeon is NOT even board certified!
There is also no names on her records for every single appointment she has ever had, and even lies and flaws all over the place!! So now here we are, I’ve called their sister location considering that is where the manager usually is. All I am getting out of it is a free exam and a $177 x-ray since I didn’t get ANY x-rays after the surgery. I WANT to see what was done, I WANT to see her leg. Please help me see what’s going on with her..This will not only help me..but the NEXT surgeon who performs this operation.
