Elliot Ludwig is the owner of the old timey PlayCare Orphanage, taking in children who have suffered from the loss of families with no relatives to take care of them.

Mr. Ludwig is passionate about this orphanage, treating every child like they were one of his own. As the orphans settle into their new home, they discover friendships, rivalries, and more about themselves.

Ludwig and his kids seem to be doing fine. And they are doing just that.

Aka an au where Elliot is a orphanage manager and the employees are orphans because the demons in my head won

AU/Blog info

•Takes place in the 1960s-1990s

•Fluff au but I still give everyone angst hehe (some characters have genuinely weird backstories that make no sense

•Everyone ranges from baby to teen unless they are already an adult

•This AU doesn't really have a protag but I'm thinking about Stella maybe

•Im still thinking about whether I should make Elliot divorced in this AU or not

Edit: Elliot is infact divorced in this au but Molly and him are on good terms

•Character age gaps with each other are not canon compliant and never will be

•Characters do age and Poppy is the only character that isn't shown as a teen in this au

•Posts will be year labeled depending on when the content is happening

•Elliot is NOT a crappy dad sorry

•Everyone lives/No one dies (except for the parents but shh)

Sharing my Ragebaited/Ragebaiter Rich propoganda

Fun fact: Rich has tried to ragebait Avery before, but Avery was too stupid to understand so Rich gave up

All of the executives and Oliver have their own rooms, everyone else shares dorms. Because of this, the executive orphans would catch some of the other orphans sneaking out at night, especially Rich.

All the orphans are just the wet cats Elliot picked off from the streets

Oliver is by far the most respected kid in the orphanage due to being Elliot's son. Though Ollie is good at reading people and he can tell some of the kids are just nice to him because they don't want to upset of piss off Elliot. He does wish they'd be mkre honest on how they feel about him.

Stella is the one of the only orphans that knows how to cook without damaging anything. She teaches the others from time to time.

Rich usually climbs this tree in the backyard that only he knows how to climb. No one else knows how to get up there besides Rich, Avery and Patty.

PS: Avery and Patty aren't orphans and Rich lets them up the tree using a wooden ladder.

No one actually knows Four's real name. When Elliot tried to trace back where he came from (Missouri) He didn't find a family that knew Four.

When Elliot asked his name, Four only replied with "Four" and nothing else. Any other information Four had about himself he kept confidential.

Almost every orphan has held Poppy at least once. Whether it's carrying, piggybacking, or whatnot.

Rich is the last person anyone would expect to have a girlfriend, or even anyone liking him.

But Rich x Patty still stays here 'cus yes I own this AU and I said so.

Even when not evil, Leith is still an asshole to everyone around him (Except Elliot, for obivious reasons). He views most of the other orphans as below him. While his threats are not as major as they are in the game, he's skilled at it. He often uses blackmail to get what he wants. The only kid he tries to stay away from is Oliver, since he's Elliot's adopted son.

The only kid he has a fairly good relationship with is Poppy.
