Despite the fact that Matthew seems like your garden variety Cis Dude Who Doesn't Take Care of Himself™, with his medical issues and general fussing attitude he definitely strikes me as the type of guy who dotes on the health of those he cares about. Meanwhile, Molly definitely strikes me as the type to wanna help others look their best so they feel confident, so when the two of 'em are on the same side when they're doting, it's devastating. also no this was NOT just an excuse to draw some of the Story of Seasons bachelor/ettes in swimsuits what makes you say that > v >;;;;
