theory time. Scratch had a brain tumor and was aware he was going to die from it. in attempt to thwart death, he made Caine capable of hosting brain scans into digital bodies - making that, in fact, Caine's "mission" or "function." (we hear him during his final crashout saying he's just trying to do what he was programmed to do, but Kinger in his flashback says they never made Caine for anything like this.) due to Caine's instability from swallowing Abel, this manifested in a way Scratch didn't want, thus leading to the first abstraction
I'm willing to bet the text above is one of three things:
-either Bubble acting as the warden for the coding (a lot of other lines are very bubble-esque)
-Scratch's lingering consciousness attempting to still live forever and keep Caine running at any cost
-what remains of Abel pulling the trigger, aka the fellow AI that we see Caine eating at the beginning.
its like, picture perfect, because there's a bunch of heads bobbing in the way, but there's a line out of nowhere when Kinger is trying to stop the program from locking him out-
the percentages is the lockout initializing, and Kinger trying to press (Y) to cancel initializing it - however if you check the bottom third, out of nowhere lies the line "are you ready to delete caine? [Y/N] and Kinger, who's been pressing [Y] over and over trying to stop the lockout, accidentally deletes Caine- but why did that question pop up in the first place? The rest of the WACKYTIME routine speaks like Bubble, saying things like "that's a REALLY WACKY WORD but its not WACKY ENOUGH!" and things like that
in any case there's a lot of questions going on here- for instance, most people (Ragatha, Kinger, the C&A crew) appear to be implemented on October 15th, but through different years (1996, 1999, 2008) but Kinger's login is from October 30th. lets all explode
as a note @getvalentined pointed most of this out to me because she can read a lot of this shit freehand
