Xerena (left) is an Undead Warlock (hence the tired look) and a vampire. She bites her lip when she gets nervous (which is all the dang time), which is why she has a permanent puncture wound on her face. The mark on her neck is a tattoo her patron branded her with. She’s a little exhausted from her 9 to eternity job :(

Scottie-Rose (right) is a changeling rogue with a playful personality. She has enough energy for the two of them.

If anyone who bears the scars can be sacrificed, why did he bother trying to get Astarion back? Couldn’t he just yoink someone off the streets and rewrite the scars onto them?

Unless… he was an idiot and didn’t write them down anywhere else. He did all the editing and revising on Astarion, not thinking to make another copy!

I was reading Gearbreaker’s and I was kinda mad that the author deleted the memories of Sona. She cancelled out a whole arc where she learned to trust. I’m worried that this will make the next book similar to the first one, only with a different situation. Am I being too critical?
