I'm having trouble understanding what your rp is about. Genetically modified super heroes?

                    Hello !

     Apologies on the confusion; no one has to have the superhero background or needs to BECOME  a superhero when joining Pandora. The abilities are all of your choosing, we simply provide them for you. They can be as intricate as, for example, Jean Grey domain or as simple as a pyrotechnic and that being it. Your muse is more than welcome to have whatever ‘normal’ life they carry outside of the abilities Pandora has provided them, ( even more so if they choose to stay in the dormitories ) OR enhanced if your muse already has supernatural abilities prior to joining. Our mode of operation is to use the silent watching of HOW these newfound abilities affect you, such as perhaps the body rejects the ability and the way they reject it is completely up to you, or it’s not working in the form you believed it would. We’ll also have several writing prompts throughout the months, sometimes pertaining to the Pandora facility and the muse’s experiences there, or completely separate ideas to simply give a little kick to your writing. There can be different triggers to other parts of these abilities as well and all of this can be done however you’d like in your muse’s daily life.

              If you’d like to be a superhero, though..               We’d definitely get a kick out of that, haha!

I don't think you understood the other anon. They're asking if you can only rp with members of this group or if you can follow whoever you want.

((’ No, we understood perfectly, which is why Artemis went into good and very detailed    paragraphs on the subject.  I suppose it was not clear enough.  The members ( aka    subjects ) are allowed to be in other collectives and interact with people outside of    pandora. The reason why ; is because pandora wants their subject out in  the free real    world to see how they do in the environment now that they have new abilities to them.     it’s part of the research they do. To see if the modifications changed their previous    personality traits or their way of interacting with other humans and etc . so that is the    reason why we encourage them to interact with others. In other words ; they can     interact/ follow anyone they want. It will all be used as research ; the subjects just     won’t be aware how closely monitored they will be by pandora.

I'm a little confused on whether this is more like a closed rp group with an overarching plot or a supernatural writing directory? Some of the aspects of the descriptions, rules and enrollment make it seem like a closed environment while other parts make it seem open. I'd like to join to find others to write with, but I'd rather not change my muse in order to fit a plot. I guess my question is what aspects, if any at all, of Pandora's lore need to be incorporated into a muse's story?

((’ We are neither, Pandora is an underground organization with many confidential aspects, considering that what they’re doing isn’t exactly moralistic. One very hushed fact being, that they’re funded by the government, which gives them leeway to basically do what they wish. They’re under strict secrecy of the methods that provide their subjects with almost any ability desired, every move their volunteers make is monitored and studied as to track the effect of the abilities they’re still trying to understand themselves. Considering the possibilities for error that the mun can decide on their own or with our help, it leaves room for much character development outside of Pandora and within.

     Soon, we will be revealing a training room especially designed to mold itself into the best scenario for the subject’s abilities, if they’d like to hone them to that extent, that is. The subject’s, though aware, are not fully aware of how watched they are. Anyone choosing to live under the residencies allows them to delve deeper into their studies, all of this information though, is not available to the muse, only to the mun.

     Overtime we will develop prompts pertaining to events within the organization and different tests that they would have them do, all of these things are just a part of the muse’s life though, they can leave the residency whenever desired and go on about their days with family and friends, work if they so wish. We want everyone to have as much of an open environment as any other normal being, especially because that’s where they get the most data.

I was curious about something on the application. It says "Previous occupation before PANDORA"; so does that mean if our muse currently has a job of any sort they would have to leave it to be part of Pandora?
