✨ chronic pain relief spell bottle/jar ✨
as some of you may know, I suffer from chronic pain in my chest. this can only really be permanently solved by surgery, and my parents have taken a loooong time in scheduling consultations and appointments and things like that. My pain had been acting up recently, so I decided to make a spell bottle inspired by @a-magpie-witchling to help! Amazingly enough, my parents scheduled the first consultation with the surgeon that same day!!
Ingredients (obviously you can swap/add/remove any!)
rosemary
thyme
white salt
cloves
basil
sage
amethyst
tiger’s eye
peridot
orange peels
eggshells
Extra details!! (just some fun little additions I used to charge the bottle, you can pick and choose or just disregard!!)
added two sigils into the bottle, the first by @soulsigils and the second by @dreamy-kat
charged with two candles, one white, one green (you can choose either!! I just had both)
charged with amythest and black onyx crystals
sealed with the wax from the green candle
charged with the Sun tarot card and the Six of Wands card (my deck incorporated that and the Tower together but I’d not recommend using the Tower hhh)
charged it in the gorgeous springtime sunlight!
dedicated it to Asclepius and Apollo (you can use any god of health/healing/medicine of your choice!!!)
I hope this helps y’all!! It really helped me!! If you use it, please lmk how it goes!!

Some different herbs and their magickal uses
Just so you know, these aren’t all the magickal herbs out there. These are just ones I have written down in my grimoire and that I typically use.
Sea Salt: Purification and cleansing. (I like to sprinkle some at my doorway and windowsills).
Sage: Purification, banishing negative energies, and consecrating magickal tools and spaces. (This is an herb that I highly recommend all witches have in their possession).
Black Pepper: Banishing negativity, warding off evil, and protection.
Thyme: Invigorates the user and helps them move on from something that may be holding them back. Good for getting over losses.
Rosemary: Cleansing, purifying, and deals with matters of the heart.
Chamomile: Attracts money, luck, and helps reverse hexes.
Bay Leaves: Psychic matters and divination, success, money, and making wishes/intentions.
Basil: Domestic harmony, home protection, purifying, and warding off negative influences. (I’ve actually used this around my own home before. I’d say it works).
Parsley: Divination, psychic advancement, and protection.
Cinnamon: High levels of spirituality, psychic ability, and works in matters of lust and love. (This is a personal favorite of mine).
Cloves: Drive away negativity, cleansing, and bringing prosperity.
Ginger: Adds strength to any magickal working and can draw in new experiences.
Oregano: Joy, strength, vitality, and energy.
Peppermint: Cleansing, peaceful sleep, bringing about change, and abundance.
Spearmint: Healing, sleep protection, and vitality. (I’ve found that combining this with peppermint really helps me get to sleep).
Poppy Seeds: Heightened awareness, luck, and helps with insomnia.
Cayenne Pepper: Helps deal with separation, and can speed up any magickal working.
Orange Peel: Love, divination, money, luck, and emotional peace. (They also make great air fresheners!)
Paprika: Adds and extra boost to any magickal working.

Eggshell Protection Powder for home
(This is the process that works for me, practices and traditions vary)
1: Save old eggshells. In this batch I used approximately 10 eggs. If you choose, use a number of eggs which could be magically or energetically significant. Wash eggshells in hot water and set aside to dry. Some people will take the extra step to peel the inner membrane off in order to get a finer powered, but I didn’t mind if it was chunkier.
2: Bake eggshells for 10 min at 250 degrees. Watch them closely, don’t let them burn! Allow time to cool.
3: To pulverize the shells: A clean coffee/herb grinder will work, but I prefer my pestle and mortar in order to work my intentions in kinetically. -I do a lot of spirit work so I also added protective/purifying herbs including himalayan salt, pepper, red pepper, and angelica root. As I set my intentions during grinding, I left a ‘door’ for the specific spirits which are my primary contacts so as not to inadvertently wall them out.
4: Transfer powder to clean, air tight storage. - Use a small funnel and a reused salt or small herb jar and gently transfer powder. Pour in batches in order not to accidentally over spill. I made more powder then this jar could hold so I ended up transferring to a larger one.
5: Use After smoke and bell cleansing the house, I sprinkled the powder around the perimeter of the property and along all door and windowsills.
There ya have it! Layer your protections with other techniques such as sigils, energy shields, salt rings or protective entities and enjoy an energetically safe home!
hi i was in your spell section I was interested in a spell to celebrate the full moon, but couldn't find one. Was wondering what your suggestions might be? Hope you're having an amazing night!
Full Moon Release Ritual
Note: this can be performed alone or with other people.
Materials:
floating candles
a large bowl or cauldron
pure water
matches
a tool to carve the candles (toothpick)
a table or other sturdy platform
Set up a sacred space with candles, smoke cleansing and setting up altar(s) with items, flowers and symbols associated with the moon. You may want to make the bowl or cauldron of water the center point.
If possible, stand or sit under the Moon. Allow yourself to feel its gentle energy over your body and enjoy the night air. Breath deeply and relax, perhaps do a grounding exercise, to help you focus and to enter the right mindset. Feel the earth under your feet and shake out the tension in the body.
Place the large water-filled bowl in front of you, or in the middle of your gathering on a table. Each person should carve whatever they intent to release/let go of into the floating candle. It’s not important that it shows clear/legible, just that the intention is there.
As you place the candle into the bowl, declare what you’re releasing, then light the candle.
Allow yourself to feel the transfer of what you’re releasing to the candle. As a group, focus on letting go into the water, holding hands. if that feels right.
Now is a good time to celebrate the realize of burdens and negative energy by sharing a feast under the full Moon!
Allow the candle to keep burning in the bowl as a symbol of the letting go process. The flame is a purifier, and symbolizes the sparks of inspiration as well. If you blow out your floating candle, and your bowl is in your home, relighting it will remind you of your commitment. It’s a good idea to pour the water out after a little while, before repeating the process.
