yesterday was terrible and like almost comical. i had a really rough therapy session and then had to go straight to class. i saw a friend and she just asked me how i was and i immediately burst out into tears. like we have a good relationship but also haven’t really spoken in a little while bc she and i are both busy and doing our own things but just like... we’re trying to catch up and i immediately break down. smooth. and def not awkward. but she took it really well bc she gets me and is an amazing friend.

but then of course im in the middle of the education building just like crying my eyes out and there are classmates and new teachers coming in for classes and such i kinda hope i scared the shit out of some of the new teachers. like ‘good luck. this is where you’ll be in a years time.’ but it’s also embarrassing af bc im crying for seemingly no reason in the middle of a school building. like i said before. smooth af.

it was just. like. these past couple weeks have been terrible. im like coming to the realization that i dont know who i am?? like who am i outside of my mental illness and teaching?? bc i have no fucking clue. and it’s fucking me up real bad. and to top it all off im not motivated to do anything about it. so i feel lost and lonely and shitty but can’t do anything about it. except make shitty tumblr posts i guess.
