Leaving Hale and heading towards Ovok.
Epic view from Hale's south pole region at Sarnus' rings.
Tumbling around Hale and landing in its south pole region.
Advanced exploration of the smaller moons required a new ship. The small electric propelled Gauss with a crew of five was sent to the Sarnus system and started to explore Hale. It's three men scientific laboratorium was equipped with everything needed for studying these small worlds.
The magnetoplasma electric hydrogen engine of the Carl Sagan makes really fun when speeding through Sarnus' rings!
Ovok's low gravity is siutable to feel one self as the Master of the Worlds!
Yeah!
Landing on Ovok was a surprise. This small world consits of a strange soil.
Luckily the Carl Sagan, another electric hydrogen deep space liner, arrived soon enough to pick up our two space heroes.
A farewell to Hale!
(after leaving Hale our two brave specemen were not able to lokate their mothership that was parked in an orbit around Hale. There was absolutely no sign of it and the sad certainty became obvious: the Explorer and its 7 headed crew was lost to an unknown fate)
Taking all kind of samples on Hale.
Dawn at Hale and flying 'round the corner... to the other side of the moon.
Having fun on Hale! :-)
Visiting one of Sarnus' smaller moons in the large ring gap.
What an unbelievable view!
The new electric deep space ship arrives at Neidon - after a 32 years trip!
Another epic view!
