i host my site on neocities, although im paying for a custom domain with porkbun! i also use VSC, but for smaller scale stuff i just use the built-in neocities code editor

there's a misc section on my site where i put all the resources i use too!

i dont think it has name? and if it does, im unaware of it. closest thing i can think of is valorant's art style tbh

if u want to emulate it u just need to use a square brush and know where to soften the edges and where to keep them sharp! i would share the ones i use but they're from a private course and i dont think i can share them, sorry! (╥﹏╥)
