Saria will never grow up. But you did. True in the game and true in real life.
Ocarina of Time was my first Zelda game and it's still the one that means the most to me. But then, Peter Pan makes me cry, too.

an extremely rough first concept for impa (colors are likely off bc i forgot my computer was in nigthmode ..)
(also bonus ganondorf who has almost nothing to do with anything except be unlucky enough to share some traits with demise's disguised form)
when ganondorf...
so true

I am so incredibly baffled by the large scale casual acceptance of the lightening both Sheik and Tetra have been subjected to. Legit don’t care if they are both ~maybe-technically-hypothetically~ paper white pale beneath their tans, the fact remains that they both are physically tanned/brown characters within their stories and they should be respected as such! The insistence that a royal character has to be white is weird! That’s a weird thing for the developers to continue to do! There is legitimately no excuse that can be used to defend that! It’s just racism meets classism and the insistence that those of high social standing must be pale over tan! Nintendo should be clowned on for this!!
You know the funny part is that I spent the better part of my childhood and teenage years wishing people could see why Ganondorf was cool and hot. And now he’s hot, but at what cost? Monkey’s paw moment for real.
Drawing this little guy from a game I NEVER played, cause I need to pay more money to the switch so I can buy the game itself. All my savings went down the drain when I bought the darn thing.
Still, this guy is fun to draw... some how. (Also, why is my art so much better in my computers default drawing app, than in Krita???)
Haven't drawn much Zelda in a very long while so here's something I did to warm up!
I love drawing for Ocarina, this game's style and designs are 💯👌
ALSO ALSO while im on this topic. mido is a really good character too. i feel like a lot of his jealousy and rudeness comes from feeling helpless. he cant do anything when the great deku tree dies, he cant fight off the monsters that start taking over kokiri forest, and saria wont let him help her in the forest temple. all he can do is stand guard at that tunnel and wait. and wait. and wait. that horrible feeling of helplessness keeps him stuck there, waiting for someone who can actually do something. some leader of the kokiri he is, he cant help anyone. and when he realizes saria is gone, and he has to actually step up and BE in charge, he realizes how much he took for granted.
sarias house is full of hearts that you can just take and take and link throws away her gift to him. she tells mido to protect the other kokiri instead of letting him help her and theres no guidance at all for her. the deku tree is gone, the forest is dangerous, and she has to fix everything alone. she dies all alone in that forgotten temple and no one goes looking for her. no one asks where she went. she gives and she gives and no one ever gives her anything in return except mido. and by then its too late. she is remembered through a song that her name isnt even attached to anymore, its just the song from the forest now.
t*linkers seem to want badly to tame a shrew more often than not... #leaveshrewsalone #shrewtamersdni #thatshrewisn'thavingkids #ew
okay
Ok this is rlly weird but can you draw wild in the rubber armor?
There you go!
