So it turns out that being extremely sedentary for over a year will cause a ton of health problems so here I am getting ready to do a 10k step walk because my insides are falling apart. Starting pelvic floor physiotherapy soon. Also here's a pic of my first zucchini from my garden! I let it get a little bigger than I prefer but I'll just cook this one 🤭

My hoya australis and hoya krimson queen

The krimson queen was just a little thing a few months ago. When I gave it the trellis for the vines it put out, it made so many leaves so fast!!! It's calmed down now but I haven't fertilized it in a while.

It did best when directly in my East facing window! Hopefully it won't mind it's new home on my wall (also east facing window)
