Seeing foods labeled with PROTEIN or GLP-1 FRIENDLY in big bold letters is so dystopian. So here's my #1 nutrition advice: if its not a 10:1 ratio for calories to protein its not "high protein." i.e. 100 cals and 10 g protein good. Don't let these stupid companies deceive you.
And you can eat carbs btw. It doesn't have to be "protein"ified.
