She wasn’t hypnotized. There was no way that simply listening to a voice through a pair of headphones could somehow control her mind, reach inside her head like magic and stroke her thoughts into smooth, obedient, blissful submission to another person’s will. That simply didn’t happen. Even the recording she was listening to admitted that anything she did while she was listening, she did because she wanted to. So she could keep listening. The recording wouldn’t hypnotize her.

She could open her eyes any time she wanted to. She knew she could. It was just easier to keep them closed, that was all. It felt pleasant and relaxing to shut her eyes and listen to the voice in the recording, and keeping her heavy eyelids tightly closed helped her concentrate on the words coming in through the headphones. Just like the voice said it would. Not that she did everything the voice told her to…but it did say that she would find it so much easier to listen once she closed her eyes and relaxed, and it was right. It would be silly to ignore good advice just because of an irrational fear of ‘mind control’.

She wasn’t…obeying. Yes, the voice did suggest to her that it would feel wonderful to reach down between her legs, slip her fingers under the waistband of her panties and feel how wet she was getting. But…but she went along with it because it felt good, that was all.
