I don't know if this counts as a gimmick blog
Hey, unnamed mod here. I like statistics, and I found myself continuously doing math to see how many individual votes each option actually got, not just the rounded percent. And I figured, hey, maybe some other people would be interested in seeing that too. So this blog is a perfect way to work out my number cravings and share my findings.
Want to get my attention on a post? Just @ me or send it to me! I'll post a poll once it's finished accepting votes. So if you've @'ed me and I haven't posted it after a few days, there's a good chance the poll simply isn't done yet. If it is and I haven't gotten to it (after *several* days, please don't don't spam the second a poll is done) feel free to @ me again or dm it directly. Also— no total limits. I tend to stick to polls with 10,000+ votes, but when it comes to submission, there's no limit. Feel free to submit your 10 vote niche poll, if you want.
What do I offer? Basic vote counts, pie charts (as I feel like it and on request), and whole spreadsheet displays for more complex tournament style polls. We'll see if that last one ever becomes relevant, in which case I'll add an example here.
Thanks to glittering.world's poll grabber, the existence of which makes my personal math irrelevant, but it's still fun.
My only active tag system is #Poll stats: All results go here. If you want stats with nothing else, check this. Everything else falls under #not stats.
If I reblog your poll and you don't want it to be seen, just let me know through asks or messages and I'll take it down.
