I just saw a post comparing things Jax had gone through to other members of the circus.

First of all, comparing trauma is disgusting, you're comparing the trauma of real people to justify saying someone has no reason for their actions.

Second of all, trauma affects people so differently.

"But Zooble, gangle, ragatha, and kinger went through the same things!"

Any mental health specialist would tell you that there's no single way people are affected by things their mind deems traumatic.

Repeated traumatic events will build until eventually you can't hand it anymore.

Just because the others had similar things going on doesn't excuse you to completely disregard Jax and be openly ignorant about her trauma responses.

No, just because you hate a character doesn't mean you have the right to misgender them.
