For people who believe we all have had lives and roles to play before our this birth, they will enjoy this book thoroughly. The connection to our current day problem to what has happened to us in past is narrated in most convincing ways in this book. Hypnosis and past lives are of great interest to me and therefore I enjoyed to this book to great extent. This book may not give you a view to Karma but will surely help understand where some of the issues we face in current day origin from. The only thing missing in the book is the positive side of past lives which we may be enjoying now. The book a good read only for its last 3 chapters where the auther finally talks about her real struggles. The rest of the book naration, language and the storyline is average. It's good to read how the author transformed herself from being an impulsive wife, OCD mom and worthless professional to actually becoming a strong women who fought cancer graciously. The first 10 chapters revolves around a girl aimlessly trying to create some or the other issue. Well I am one of this kind but not that I don't like to be planned. I readily accept things that come and get accustomed to them really fast however currently I feel like I have reached a dead end. An end to all the paths I had been looking forward to.
