Kiki | Thirtysomething | She, Her This blog was supposed to be about clothes (including lingerie and other nice things) that I thought would look pretty on Sherlock. I often like to imagine our favorite detective as genderfluid. Somehow, this blog turned into an amalgamation of Martin/Ben/Sherlock stuff. Not that I'm complaining. I especially adore Martin––and I love Johnlock (with a dash of Freebatch on the side). ERGO, THINGS CAN GET KINKY AND NSFW AROUND HERE. In addition, this blog is Benophie-friendly. Haters can go somewhere else.

interesting note that the case from the blog that John gets complimented on, the aluminium crutch, is actually just a transcript of a voicemail that Sherlock left him. it is, perhaps, the most true account of all the cases on the blog, because John does no interpretation of the facts at all, he just transcribes Sherlock’s telling of it. and it is pointed out to us twice as a favorite case in universe, which I’d always loved as a bit of an inside joke because people compliment John on it when really it’s all Sherlock’s words, but even that goes to show the power the blog takes on in the story. once John writes it down, the truth of it becomes John’s telling of it - and for casual audiences at home who don’t know about the existence of the blog, the significance is lost entirely.

the best story is when sherlock leaves a message on john’s PHONE…. and john just transcribes sherlock’s message verbatim……. o kay. no texting. just sherlock talking directly to john’s heart. and john telling everyone exactly what he said. the best story

I’ve read that but the one in my mind is where Molly was John’s agent or PA (if I remember correctly?) and Sherlock was an established supermodel––it’s the first time they ever meet but after John takes photos of him, they just, um, do it. And it was pretty hot.

This one time, I went to the Renaissance festival with my friend and we walked by this fortune teller booth and she stuck her head out of the window and called to my friend and me, “I do couples reading!” We laughed and I said, “Some psychic. We’re not even a couple!”

He asked me out that evening. We’ve been together for almost five years.

Sherlock Holmes is an escort that the wealthy and mysterious John Watson meets after a referral from Mike Stamford. He takes Sherlock on as an escort, and they quickly spiral into a relationship that goes too fast, too hard. Ruthless. It was always rough and fast with tongue and bruising grips and teeth. The bedroom was always empty before the night was out, and come morning they pretended they didn’t remember about what happened.

I did not mean for this to happen. I was on my computer and saw that picture of Benedict looking like that and… my hands slipped. Four boards so far have been made. There is a story coming up, and John and Sherlock are going to be in for a ride.

Okay so over the years, I’ve become more of a Martin girl but these new pictures of Ben are FIRE!!!

A few months before S4 aired, I had a dream that I was watching Sherlock and that the whole episode felt wrong and unfamiliar. I brushed it off but looking back, it was probably a premonition of sorts.

Last night, nearly 10 months after S4 broke my heart, I dreamt that I was watching another episode. This time, it felt less jarring and a bit more familiar. I hope it’s a sign of good things to come. Is an S5 that’s a return to form too much to ask? I don’t even care if it will be the last one. I can deal with Sherlock ending. I just want a BBC Sherlock that feels like home again.
