I'm down, I'm down. I'm not sure if I'll continue with this concept, but I've written a small snippet! Uh, not exactly 3 sentences but it'd be incredibly short otherwise lmao.
It's going to (hopefully) be a UT fic focusing on the skeleton trio as I cannot get enough of them.
When did that hum sound begin?
When does it end?
…
It feels infinite.
It looks dark.
It’s nothing and everything.
He remembers nothing and everything.
Not dead or alive just…
In between.
He cannot tell if that, whatever ‘that’ is, is pulling him towards it, or it’s himself simply unconsciously reaching toward it. Whatever it was, it couldn’t be worse than this kind of existence, or lack thereof. He cannot tell if it hurts. He cannot tell if it’s relieving. All he knows is that it’s something, and that is what he craved more than anything.
If you add 3 sentences to your work in progress and show me, I will add 4 sentences to my work in progress and show you.
I won't share sequential sentences since that'd give too much away, but I will give a sentence from each of my buffer chapters (4 in total). And trust me, I've made a lot of progress today :)
[NAME REDACTED] had a cute smile.
That was when she exploded.
And then she saw the knife.
“Don’t.” Then, after a moment, “though that would be kinda funny.”

The walk to the darker haired male’s place was quiet. It stayed that way until they got inside and two cats flew down the stairs, meowing loudly. Whether it was for food or attention was unclear but it didn’t matter after all the cats got both.
Looking to start a conversation on something, Hizashi finds the great idea to ask about his cats.
“So what are their names? I don’t think you’ve told me much about your cats!”
“The white one is Artemis and the black one is Luna. I wouldn't recommend trying to pet Artemis, he’ll probably bite you. Only pet Luna on her head, she doesn’t like her back being touched if she’s not familiar with you.”
(everything below is what I added on)
“Your cats sound as feisty as you!” Hizashi jested slightly, bumping his hip into Shota’s. As expected it got him a glare but he knew there was no malice in it.

It can be any work in progress that you want it to be. Preferably ones that you haven't added anything 2 in a while.
Okay fine. FINE. I'll touch the novel wip haha.
I did enough edits to this scene that I think it can count:
Four days ago, the rift had been a yawning chasm. Now, it was a canyon. They could have shouted, but Ewan likely wouldn't have heard. The chaos of the breach whirled, inky in his hair as he struggled down the rubble of the landslide.
"Last chance," shouted Heath, barely audible in the chaos of noise emanating towards them.
Kelpie shook her head and squeezed his hand. They hurried forward, into the din.
At the edge of the great gap, Ewan paused, wisps of void tugging at his clothes. It seemed alive at the center, yanking him toward the beneath. Through some minor magic he turned at the last, and finally Ewan saw them. His eyes grew wide. He opened his mouth, but they could not hear his shout. Ink clawed at him, pulling him in.
Heath lurched forwards, yanking Kelpie with him. The distance between them and Ewan seemed an age, but then the earth was fracturing, stretching; tumbling, falling. Their hands were linked together; their hands were clawed apart. Ewan's eyes were very close; Heath's arm was on her, was on Ewan.
And then they were falling, falling, falling into the black together.

Hi! Sorry for not replying, I was at summer training and I wasn't able to access my phone or anything while there -- automatic uploads were the only way stuff happened on my page honestly.
But, here is a work in progress that I got to tidy up a bit and work on recently that I will say I'm quite pleased with so far.
The land of the dead is cold and just.
It takes what it is owed, for it holds the right to any soul and creation of its world. For when it was created so many eons ago, so too were its records and timelines. Very few were those who could bypass such a system, to ignore what was written for their life and even further their death and afterlife. Very few were privileged to see such a realm and even fewer were to interact with it without paying the steep toll to its council and final judges.
Although that might have been why those ancient council members were so enthralled currently. Why they paused their ever growing workload and took a moment to truly observe, to witness, to see. To see and meet someone whose soul was unaccounted for. No file nor record, no utterance of their name in any paper or system. Not even a mention in a footnote in someone else's story. Not a single whisper of their being.
The council was fascinated by such a oddity, for they were rarely surprised when doing their work. Their creatures were always fascinating in the way they lived their lives, but to have ones death — or lack thereof — grip their attention like so? It occurred only once a millennia.
To find someone who does not fall within the authority or jurisdiction of those eternal halls. To be a clinical error in the worlds oldest working system; one of which had been flawless without halt, hiccup or falter since its making and existence. It fascinated all of them so. So the council and its judges did not fight nor even attempt to stop the soul when it tried to go back to its host body. They were curious to see how it would live. What its life was like since it had gone unnoticed by their careful eyes.
But more importantly — they wanted to see how one could live through a strike like that and get back up.
I really liked how this is coming along so far and there is a bunch more that I have to type up from my notebook but let me know how you like it! I can't wait to see what you've been working on -- again I am very sorry for not replying sooner. Have a lovely rest of your day.

Sorry this took a minute to get to, I was like "I'll go do this!" and then promptly Completely Forgot TM
I managed four idk-how-I-feel-abt-the-quality-of-writing sentences of this one, but it's nevertheless four sentences more than I had before. I'm aware that the ask was for 3, but what can I say? I'm an overachiever even in the worst of times
Anyway, here's some no context Kazolai banter:
“No, no,” Kaz disagrees. “No, I’m making fun of your crush on me. Very different.” He’s fully grinning now.
Nikolai sighs just as Nina says, “I do,” into a microphone. Did he just miss Nina and Matthias’ entire wedding ceremony because he was talking to Kaz? God —
I look forward to seeing your WIP progress! 🥰~
Edit: reading this w/ a less mushy brain tells me that this is FAR more than four sentences TECHNICALLY, but w/e, it's fine lol

Smacked this out on my most problematic draft. It’s a little more than 4 sentences though.

“Shane sat in disbelief as the representative calmly laid out the organization’s request.
Waive the no-movement clause.
The team wasn’t performing.
Time for a change.
Needed cap space.
Thanks for all the years.
Even after getting knocked out of the game in April, Shane had still won the Art Ross. Rozanov had only come close to overtaking him.

HI! 3 sentences? I’ll do you better with 4 sentences :D
Sith’s original thought was Spider-Man. But he couldn’t say that because Spider-Man didn’t exist. Which was a shame because he was a major Spider-Man fan, but no, Star Wars universe did not do crossovers of familiar nostalgic shows. Truly, these were hard knock times.
The star wars wip calls for me, dumbass padawan called Sith wants to be known to the world (I tune him out). Hope this satisfies!!

A sneak peak at Chapter 14 from Angel with a Shotgun (Supernatural). I've only posted up to Chapter 12 so far 👀 and I will say I've been going back and forth with this for the longest time.
I've only gotten back into writing after a 4 month break~
Find it available here: Angel with a Shotgun (Ao3) or here Angel with a Shotgun (Tumblr)
Atsushi began panicking when he herd that. " what! But we havent been around sick people all day. How could she have gotten sick?" Junichiro across the table face palmd. "Dude. Its because we took her around a bunch of public places without drying her off first" Atsushi lookd at him like those two facts had nothing to do with eachother. Ranpo would be laughing if his kid sister wasn't developing a fever right next to him. Bishou had turnd his incredulous look from Sonoko to Atsushi. The second grader unable to understand why an an adult wouldn't know something he had probably been taught repeatedly.
"She got wet and then didn't dry off again? Why wouldn't she be sick? Thats how you get sick. My mommy and teachers say so!" At the mention of his mother even from his own mouth made the little kid deflate slightly. The red-haired detective placed a hand on the boys back to be coming. "Well visit her in the hospital once we get the call that she's stable. Im sure we will get the phone call first thing in the morning." The little boy pulld his feet onto the chair and hugged his knees to his chest. No one scolded him for getting dirt on the bench.
After some time a waiter came out with a tray full of food. He distributed the bowls around the table. "Can we get an empty plate for the kidd to put any vegetables she picks off?" Atsushi asked him. "Ahh. A picky eater!" The man smiles and jokes. Sonoko wants to melt into the floor.
I wrote 3 paragraphs as well, but there's more sentences, so it probably works out to a 3:4 ratio. I'm too sleep-deprived to do the math.
