This is @blue--dreaming's Harry Potter sideblog. You can mostly find my Harry Potter fanworks on Ao3 at porcelainsalt (pseudonym) or fandom tag. I’m mostly active on discord (the DF server and other HP servers).

I do not support JKR. Please find out more about me and relevant links on my main blog. Also see my blanket statement (includes a permission statement).

update on Tumblr/this side blog

This is a quick update about how I plan to use Tumblr from now on. I’m mostly active on Discord (find me on the DF server and other fandom servers), and post my fanworks on Ao3 (bluedreaming, with porcelainsalt as my Harry Potter pseudonym). I post fannish thoughts and activity on Dreamwidth (bluedreaming; multifandom) about twice a week.

While I haven’t ever really been socially active on Tumblr, and haven’t re-blogged any posts for several years, I’ve recently been trying to post Harry Potter-related fanworks and related activities on this side blog (@porcelainsalt). However, I’ve been getting overwhelmed with trying to keep up (and have definitely not managed, especially on the Tumblr side), so I’ve decided to discontinue this side blog. I will leave the posts up to avoid breaking links, but I won’t be updating it further. (I’ll re-iterate that I don’t have any fanworks directly on Tumblr; my posts were just links.)

I’ll still use my main blog @blue--dreaming to access Tumblr (realistically to make the very occasional comment reply or message), so I’ll be around! I just don’t think that failing to keep up with cross-posting my Harry Potter fanworks and fandom activities is very helpful.

Thanks again for everyone’s kindness, despite my minimal activity on Tumblr.

While I wasn’t able to finish reccing all the fics I commented on, and I wasn’t able to comment on as many fics as I would have liked, this was a good experience!
