Hey guys if you want more consistent positivity you should follow @sunflower-posi . It’s run by Anna, somebody in my system (I have OSDD-1b). She draws positivity drawings very often and is far more consistent than I am with these things.

It’s okay to cry! Crying is great for getting your feelings out in a healthy way. There’s nothing wrong with crying often, or rarely, over big things or small.
Take a break once in a while. To just take a big, deep breath, and let it out. Sometimes it’s good to just give yourself a second to really BREATH.
It’s okay to leave. It’s okay to leave whatever relationships you feel the need too. Romantic, friendships, family. If someone has hurt you, or someone has made you uncomfortable it’s okay for you to leave that relationship. That being said, people are allowed to leave relationships with you, the same way. It’s important to learn and understand that relationships come and go, and nobody is required to stay in one that’s making them unhappy.
Hey guys, we’re posting again! The story behind this one is...hard to put into words. I’ve noticed a harmful mentality on tumblr in the years that I’ve been here. Where we get so sucked into our mental illness, where suffering is so normalized it almost becomes a competition of who’s suffering more. We base our entire self worth, our entire being. Around our suffering. And that’s not good. Sure, it’s incredibly hard, and not always possible for everybody due to our different walks of life. I’m not saying everybody easily can and should do this. But it’s okay to let things go. It’s okay to heal. You’ll still be you. You may be a different kind of you, but that’s okay.
Happy pride month everybody! Sorry I haven’t updated this blog in forever, but I hope you’re all having a wonderful pride!
It’s ok to feel! There’s a LOT going on right now and it’s ok to just take a moment, and let yourself feel.
(Sorry if this ones a bit blurry, was a pain to draw with my finger on my phone and it didn’t wanna export right 😔 )
It’s alright for asking! On one of my old posts abt mental illness not making people inherently dangerous, some people were being very ableist towards those with cluster-B personality disorders. So out of spite I made another positivity post for them! I’ve since deleted the ableist comments from the post so nobody had to see them, but I’m still upset that it happened
@kanincotton
In relation to recent events: people with cluster-b personality disorders are so brave! You have to cope with your disorder, AND deal with the ableism spread around. Which you shouldn’t have to do, but you’re so brave for getting through it, and I’m rooting for you!
Having mental illness can be scary. But having those mental illness’s do not make YOU scary. Nobody is inherently dangerous because of their mental illness.
With this post becoming popular, I have some (kind) but stern words for some people reblogging/commenting on it.
A few people have come onto this post, explicitly attacking people. Specifically people with aspd, bpd, npd, and psychosis.
So I’d like to thoroughly say, go away. Please. I don’t want you on my blog, if you are going to be ableist.
People with aspd are not inherently dangerous. People with bpd are not inherently dangerous. People with psychosis are not inherently dangerous. People with npd are not inherently dangerous.
I have bpd and psychosis. I have two close friends, one with npd and one with aspd. They are not dangerous. Nobody is inherently dangerous because of their mental illness. That’s just ableism.
And I will not stand for it. Your replies will be hidden. Do not even bother commenting on this post with ableist comments. They will be hidden, and nobody will know the mean things you have to say.
This is a positivity blog. Spreading a positive message. Please do not use that positive message to say rude, and un positive things.
Ahh ty!!! I do have an art blog, it’s @pastelberrie ! It’s fairly new + I deleted a couple posts bc I rlly hated them,, so it doesn’t have much content rn, so I hope that’s okay
Your art is fantastic and adorable! Everybody should go give @pastelberrie a follow! We’re spreading positivity here, and supporting fellow artists is a very great, positive thing to do!
Hey I just wanted to say that this blog makes me rlly happy :’D I’ve been going through a time of feeling super down about my art, but seeing your art makes me want to try doing art with pixels/no anti-aliasing + more pretty colors,, I’m still tryna readjust my art to my liking, but thank you for giving me more hope to do so
Aww thank you so much! Do you have an art blog? If you do I’ll give it a shout out and follow you! I always love encouraging artists. We gotta stick together in that art grind yaknow?

Having mental illness can be scary. But having those mental illness’s do not make YOU scary. Nobody is inherently dangerous because of their mental illness.
