If you see something beautiful in someone, speak it.

to feel myself getting closer to this inner peace, it is magical and inspiring and I hope that I continue to grow and become all that I know I am capable of being

Stop being so afraid to be confident. There’s actually a lot of great things about you. Don’t deny those things, embrace them. You’re beautiful and smart and kind and you need to stop punishing yourself for acknowledging it and trying to believe it.
I believe in you. You are strong. You can get through these dark days. I’m proud of you for coming this far. You can do it.
Realistic Self Care Idea #26
Write in a journal. It doesn’t have to be every day, it doesn’t even have to be pretty. Just use the journal as a way to sort through your feelings and whatever else you need.
i love my journal it is my best friend i seriously really do reccomend journalling its a great way to get a perspective on your emotions and what causes them and its also really cool inspiration for writers when im blocked i look at my little rants
no need to keep going back to the same old people that keep hurting you, real love will find you, real friendship will find you, you just have to keep doing your thing and living your life and it will work out the way it should.
dont allow negativity to come back once its already hurt you
take a second to do something kind for yourself today. it doesn’t have to be something big. you can paint your nails, or see a friend, or cuddle up in a blanket for a few minutes. if you don’t have time for any of those things, try to do something kind for someone else. hold a door, or give a compliment, or pay for someone else’s meal. you don’t have to do something huge to make yourself feel good. the little things may not always be remembered, but they are the ones that add value.

its not at all shameful to have a low self esteem. thats for starters. but i will say that my friends and family tend to tell me im beautiful and i even think i look better in photos on days that i feel beautiful. its those days that i dance around in my room and take a bunch of selfies posing in the bathroom mirror that i know i look the best and put off the best vibes.
don’t focus on your mistakes, focus on the progress you’ve made since them
you. are. art.
