I don't care what your circumstances are, you be delusional anyways. Tell yourself that it's already done. It's already yours because it is. It is already yours. It is already done. You have it no matter what and you have it now. Doesn't matter what the fucking circumstances are. Doesn't matter what happened or what is happening. I'm telling you right now to just be delusional to whatever happens, because you've got this. I know you do. It's yours. Let it be yours. Don't give up. You have what it takes. Persist, persist and persist.

I've had the worst circumstances take place in my life where I really felt this was just impossible. But did I give up!!!??? NO

I looked at the 3d straight in the eye and said FUCK YOUU. I HAVE WHAT I WANT AND I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SHOW ME.

And that's exactly what i felt. I didn't care what happened cause it didn't fucking matter. I persisted through it all. Through my tears and anger. And I got what I wanted. I always did. I always will.

This can be you. If you don't give up at any circumstance. This can be you if you just decide now and here that you won't back down. You won't let others or other circumstances overrule you.

You are the creator of your own reality!!!!! ACT LIKE IT. YOU CREATE EVERYTHING. EVEN THE FUCKING CIRCUMSTANCES THAT IS STOPPING YOU. YOU CREATED THEM SO STOP WHINING AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!

Persist dude. Just persist for heaven's sake.

there will always be other chances. at jobs, at educational progress, at relationships, at friendships. if you messed up at something, it’s not the end of the world. you’ll always have new opportunities in all areas of life.

My take on raising your vibration 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏼💫🤸🏻‍♀️

In moments of anxiety, stress or sadness, DON’T TRY to immediately ignore/suppress/overturn these emotions.

Allow yourself to FEEL them. Acknowledge them and embrace them. Admit to yourself “In this moment, I’m feeling x,y,z, and that’s okay.” Sit with that emotion. If possible, study it. What’s the root cause? Why are you feeling the way you’re feeling? Look within, the answer is there. (Hint: 9/10 times it’s your traumatised inner child that’s hurting)

Take a deep breath or as many as you need. Breathe through these emotions, until you no longer feel like they’re stronger than you, until you feel you’re equal with them. That’s just what they are - emotions. They come and go.

Meditate, journal or talk it out (ideally with someone with whom you feel 100% comfortable sharing; also pls make sure they’re ok with listening and being there for you. You never truly know what other people are going through. We need to be mindful when dumping our emotional baggage onto others.)

Only after this … do something to raise your vibration. Whatever that thing is.

WHY do it this way?

Because if you were feeling stressed or anxious and were immediately to go and say out loud/write down some positive affirmation or whatever, you’re not acknowledging and working on the root problem that caused you to feel this way. Therefore, it’s only a matter of time before it happens again.

Not only that, but also … when you’re trying to raise your vibration without having worked through the problem, you’re only “masking” the situation. Especially if you’re suppressing your emotions and pretending they’re not there. You’re only lying to yourself, no one else. This will lead to you being stuck in that low vibration, which will then make it difficult for your desires (even if it’s as simple as just feeling better) to manifest, which will then make you believe less in the power of LOA and the whole process. And then it becomes a vicious cycle.

So, friends, FEEL your emotions. Of course, if you feel you can’t handle them on your own or it’s too much, it’s TOTALLY OKAY to ask for help. Go to therapy, seek professional guidance. We’re all rooting for you 💛🧡💖
