To enter the Postmates Game 5 Promotion (the “Promotion”), do one of the following:
Using your referral code, refer a friend (or any individual) to Postmates. The referred person must complete (i.e. purchase and receive) at least one Postmates order within the Promotion Period (defined below). Only entries where (i) a referral is made, and (ii) the referred person completes an order using the referral code within the Promotion Period will be entered in the Promotion. Completed entries will be automatically entered into the Promotion. Any entries that constitute unlawful behavior will be disqualified from the Promotion. Two (2) free tickets to see Game 5 of the 2016 NBA Finals. Â The approximate retail value of the prize(s) is $1,800. Â Retail value of the prize(s) is based on actual Game 5 ticket prices. Winner is responsible for all transportation, lodging, and or other fees, taxes, and costs that may be associated or incurred with receipt of the prize.
In the event that there is no Game 5, the winner will receive the full value of the tickets in free delivery credit (approximately $1,800) as detailed below.
No substitution, assignment or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who has the right to substitute a prize with another of comparable or greater value.
