uhh tw vent kind of? not really venting i just need to put my thoughts somewhere and the journal factory exploded

i don't consider myself disabled because i have ADD but its not severe at all (like not even enough for me to be medicated for it), but i also wonder if im a bad person by implying that people with ADD are not disabled (subtracting from the experiences of people with disorders similar to mine who Do consider themselves disabled). and then i begin to wonder if i have a form of moral OCD over this mess and also it's like a weird thing but i can't walk on lined sidewalks?? because if i step over a lines with one foot more often than the other i go crazy. and then im a bad person for that because OCD is a very serious disorder and i shouldn't think i have that for occasionally worrying i am a bad person and without doing much research. idk
