im so certain the part with the room and the gas stove is supposed to be based off ‘the boiler room’ aka the home of underground music.  tbr is the world’s leading community of underground music fans and generally consists of a dj in the boiler rooom in a secret location playing to a very small and lucky select audience. if u notice when they’re all dancing jin is fake dj’ing and the gas heater resembles DJ equipment. that’s why i think the word BOILER is written so large under the quasi-equipment
