Hello! You can call me Potato, I am 19 and use he/him pronouns. I like to write silly stories about characters I relate to and you can find those on my AO3! Some of my stories may contain NSFW so please check the tags and read at your own discretion.

I am part of multiple fandoms but currently bloodymary (project hail mary x iron lung crossover ship) is what I’m hyperfixating on so expect a lot of this ship in particular! Currently I am actively posting a T4T bloodymary fic called “You’re my saving Grace” and a slowburn scaramouche x kazuha genshin fic called “As the Soft Wind Blows”! I’ll make separate posts about those if anyone’s interested in seeing what they’re about. Also as someone who is transmasc, acespec and disabled I often like to write about headcanons where characters have similar identities or disabilities to my own! Of course if there’s anything in particular you’d like to suggest I write about my asks are open. (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

Now that I’ve finished You’re My Saving Grace I have a bunch of extra background info I couldn’t include cause Simon & Grace didn’t know about it

I’m kinda proud of what I came up with to make this AU make any kind of sense so imma infodump about it below the break <3

1. Simon is from a galaxy within phm’s universe where the astrophage crisis started. His stars were consumed quickly due to the astrophage having no predator. They only moved on once there was scarcity & the stars were well on their way to dying. No one in Simon’s universe made it out of their galaxy before their stars died so they assumed the same happened to the rest of the universe.

2. The guy who told Simon to cross the wires secretly rigged a distress signal into the computer. This was a last ditch effort to see if by some miracle someone or something would come save them. The signal turns on when Simon crosses the wires but it takes time for Grace and Rocky to get to him.

3. Simon disturbing Elli caused her to not only make him hallucinate but the iron lung crew as well. After Ava leaves to retrieve the black box infighting breaks out amongst the crew. Anyone who didn’t die in the conflict was lured by Elli into the blood and subsequently drowned.

4. Ava doesn’t make it to the black box but her presence distracts Elli enough to indirectly help Simon survive.

5. Continuing from 4, after Elli bit into the iron lung Simon’s body managed to slip past her while she was distracted. He then floated to the surface before being found by Grace.

Suffice to say I thought a lot about this AU and I didn’t want the extra details to go to waste lol. If you have any questions about the fic let me know and I’ll be more than happy to answer!
