A loyal blade has shown more than simple admiration for the man she swore to protect. Kibellah is summoned to the Rogue Trader's chambers where they explore unfamiliar territory together.
The air of the chambers felt as it had took hold of her throat with that pungent array of blessed incenses and burning wax. Innumerous candles served as the sole source of light, a trail that led Kibellah through the opulent hall where she stopped before the grand portrait of Cassius Von Valancius. A formal composition of a short young man who stood upright and stiffly gripped his cane; his attire neat and formal. Stark white hair framed his pale face and piercing blue eyes. Despite its size, it was as modest a portrait one would expect of a Rogue Trader.
The true essence of Domin’Cassius, as she saw him, could never be captured on canvas. A crude simulacrum for it was a privilege to truly bask in the presence of the Rogue Trader as many would say.Â
She dismissed the painting and stepped away into the main hall of the Rogue Trader’s chambers. There she stopped. Before the shrine across the expanse of the red carpet knelt a small figure surrounded by dozens of candles, dressed in nothing more then a plain robe;  white hair cascaded around his head bowed in silent prayer.Â
With quiet steps, she closed the distance between them yet she wouldn’t dare interrupt his worship. Standing with both hands clasped across her chest, Kibellah would wait. Several minutes passed in this manner and soon Kibellah let herself be consumed by the silence. Her eyes shut as every sense diminished until she could only faintly sense her heartbeat. Her own form of prayer. A window into the sensation of death, cradled in the void. She would remain in this state for as long as needed.Â
His voice then reached over and pulled her back into the light.
“Your interruption was expected. You had no need to wait.” Cassius spoke softly, as if he had just emerged from the throes of a deep slumber. He finally raised his head and greeted Kibellah. She was met with those eyes that burned like azure promethium. One of the many features his portrait failed to emulate. When he moved to his feet, Cassius barely reached the height of Kibellah’s chest. For all his status and power, the Rogue Trader was a frail thing in the flesh. A fact she kept under her tongue and let fuel her zeal in defending him.Â
“You did need not cast aside your time with Him to attend to me, Domin’Cassius.” Kibellah said with a similar touch of fatigue in her tone. Â
Cassius gave a small bow of his head in acknowledgment. He over reached and collected his cane which allowed him to stand with a even gait.Â
“Then let us tend to the matter of your summons.” Such formality for what they both knew lied in store for them this evening. Though Kibellah knew Cassius would never speak so frank and explicitly. The burning ache they both possessed for one another was expressed through their gaze each time they spoke.Â
She his shield, his blade, his certainty.Â
He is her light, her duty, her warmth.Â
As they stepped into his bedchamber, Kibellah stopped short of the archway as if she was before a closed gate.Â
Cassius threw her a curious look. “Something troubling you?”Â
“I-“ There was a undeniable but brief quake in Kibellah’s voice and her fist clenched. “I know the purpose of my summons. I took your hand without hesitation. Yet I am gripped by this entity. It is not like the warmth and ache I feel when I look upon you Domin’Cassius. It is a hand around my heart. It threatens to tear it from my chest. It asked me if I am truly worthy to receive you this way. It-”Â
Her spout of worries was interrupted by a grip and pull on her hand. Pulled through that gate and back into his light once more.
“Do not personify your fears, Kibellah.”
Kibellah looked down and saw he had discarded her glove, letting their skin touch and spindly fingers be intertwined.Â
“I have deemed you worthy and I will not tolerate you denying the privilege I’ve granted you.” Cassius’s words would have seem to be condemnation if they were not spoken softly and paired with the warmth of his gaze towards Kibellah.Â
“Now, quell this worry and shed your attire. Wash yourself if you must.” Cassius released  his grip then gestured towards his absolutions chamber. Kibellah stood in place for a moment to think on his words only to catch herself ruminating on the very thing he admonished her for. She silenced the thoughts as she walked and crossed over into the sounds of running water.
Cassius was unsure how much time had passed when he finally heard the soft patter of feet approach and stop at the archway. He raised his head and basked in the sight of Kibellah’s bare form. Skin that was never kissed by the sun. A myriad of wounds given and self inflicted across her body. Thin but strong.Â
Cassius stood up and revealed himself next. Also with a pallid complexion but lacked the strength Kibellah had. Though there was a curious detail Kibellah could not help but fixate on when she followed the valley of Cassius’s flat chest down to his lower half.
“Domin’Cassius…your body.” She was unsure how to phrase her curiosity. “Your body…it mirrors mine—“
“Yet I am a man still, yes?” Cassius’s expression was unmoved as he spoke his question with unflinching resolve. He stared Kibellah down with a gaze that spoke a thousand words. Each of which Kibellah accepted and allowed herself to step forward.Â
“Yes. It is not a important matter. You are still Domin’Cassius.” In truth, it truly did not bother her. It was merely one of many aspects she had to come to understand about this strange new world. A world Cassius’s now outstretched hand invited her to dive further into.Â
With their grips reunited, Kibellah let the familiar ache and burn for him wash over her. It compelled her forward into an embrace.Â
Cassius wasted little time. He had shed his cane and used Kibellah for support, swallowed in her arms as he began this path with her.
Kibellah felt the faint touch of his lips at her neck. Then lower. Every kiss was deliberate. Slow. He savored her freshly bathed scent that masked the taint of death soaked deep into her skin. His lips touched the curve of her clavicle. Then her sternum. The supple underside of her breasts. The faint outline of her ribs.Â
For Kibellah, every moment of contact fanned the flames in her chest. It threaten to feed the fire into a blazing inferno. It then all led to an unfamiliar ache in her loins.Â
A new desire. A strange longing.Â
There was the slightest buck of her hips as Kibellah watched Cassius descend to his knees before her. His hands grasped on her hips and blessed her abdomen with another array of kisses. All which eventually led him down to a kiss along her pelvis and to the valley between her thighs.Â
When the first brush of his breath reached its marked, it was Kibellah’s turn to use him for support as a single hand rested on his shoulder while the other clasped over her mouth. She suppressed the faint whine, as if ashamed of such a reaction.Â
Pleasure and pain traveled parallel across the human body. The line between them easily blurred. Yet Kibellah had entirely forgotten the sensation of pain, a void that this unfamiliar rush of pleasure seemed all too eager to fill. Her body confused it for something else. Simply another form of pain she must suppress. It was a deep instinct to renounce any sensation.Â
Cassius could feel the tension through his grip on Kibellah’s hips and saw the conflict that brewed in her pained expression. It both concerned and intrigued him since had never seen Kibellah even so much as wince at anything.Â
“You are holding back on me, why?”
Kibellah pulled her hand off her mouth and with another quaking breath she spoke, “I—my body does not understand. In my heart I wish to have you, but my body refuses. It rejects this sensation as weakness. I do not know what to do.”Â
Cassius frowned at Kibellah’s predicament and mulled over what he could say to ease her. He should have anticipated this. So much of his world was deeply alien to her down to the very concepts of intimacy. Almost resigned to give up but still gave a earnest attempt to help her.Â
“You will simply allow it. You are not a slave to your body, it should bend to your will.” Cassius’s words spilled out with his usual stern formality that seemed out of place during such a intimate moment. Yet it was just enough encouragement that Kibellah needed to hear. It did not fully solve her conundrum, but it at least allowed her to regain some composure and ease her mind.Â
Kibellah’s expression softened as they stared back at one another, where she found solace in Cassius’s gaze.Â
“Then continue…Cassius.” She felt as if a closed door had swung open with those words. A fresh wound bared to Cassius, inviting him to taste the essence that flowed out.Â
And so he did just that.Â
Kibellah allowed the whine to spill from her throat as Cassius’s tongue finally tasted her. The Rogue Trader himself also shuddered. He was not unfamiliar with intimacy, but he was unfamiliar with Kibellah. With her body, her scent, her taste and the sounds she made. On his knees in his own form of worship of her, they would take this journey into unfamiliar territory together.Â
Cassius’s tongue continued to explore her with a growing hunger. He took intervals to let his lips swallow her sensitive nub, where his teeth ever so gently grazed and teased her with the sensation of pleasure with her sense of hallowed pain.Â
Kibellah squirmed and felt her hips slowly gyrate and roll forward against his lips, almost thrusting into his mouth. She still struggled against the shame of earlier but ultimately did as Cassius had commanded and permitted herself to follow her instincts; allowed the desires of the heart to guide her.Â
Cassius was still intrigued by her condition and wanted to edge towards her limits. So his lips pulled at her clit harder this time and allowed the slightest pressure of his teeth to come down around the sensitive flesh.Â
The undeniable break in Kibellah’s composure was music to his ears. The shrill whine she released spurred Cassius on further. Again his lips worshiped her clit with increased vigor. Gentle bites and a rolling tongue while he deeply sucked.
Kibellah struggled to remain upright. The fire inside her had truly sprung into the promised inferno. All consumed by every hungry thought and desire now.Â
“Domi—Cassius...” She called out to her lover. Cassius, with a needed gasp of air, pulled back to meet Kibellah’s gaze. His soft smile a mess with his own saliva and her fluids.Â
“Yes?” The question came out in an almost teasing manner, but truth be told, he was  deeply curious as to where Kibellah’s desire would guide them. So he awaited Kibellah’s answer as she recovered from the lack of his touch.Â
“I wish to partake in you, as you have of me.” Kibellah spoke those words with a familiar reverence. Cassius gave her a small nod of acknowledgment and rose to his feet. He took her hands in his once more as he settled himself on the edge of the bed, leaned back and let his legs part. A gesture that invited Kibellah to her knees.Â
Immediately Cassius sensed the hesitation from Kibellah. She just knelt there, transfixed on the sight of his cunt. A mirror to her own anatomy, yet she seemed unsure how to proceed. Cassius sat up and reached over to let his fingers brush along her jaw and gently cup her chin so their eyes could meet again.Â
“You will not hurt me. Indulge yourself, Kibellah." He commanded her with a gentle tone.Â
Kibellah felt another ache in her chest at his words. Another bout of deep longing soon replaced by the hunger her body tried to suppress. Her initial work was sloppy but passionate all the same. Cassius sucked on his teeth as the barrage of her tongue eagerly lapped away. She made attempts to mimic what he had done to her. Lips pulled and sucked down on his nub between hungry dives into his folds. She explored every crevice and let his arousal coalesce on her tongue and lips. She slurped and released a needy moan, which in turn spurred equally pleased sounds from Cassius.Â
A more then commendable effort indeed.
“T-Throne…Kibellah.” Cassius pulled himself away from analyzing her performance and let himself be lost in her work. Kibellah’s enthusiasm to please him stirred a deep ache in his chest again. The same deep longing they shared for one another.Â
Many would be eager, even kill, to be where Kibellah was now. But being intimate with a Rogue Trader of this manner was dangerous. He could not let just anyone in.Â
Kibellah’s loyalty to him was different. She was bound by duty. By her own blood that she sheds willingly. She exuded a reverence towards the Throne and her obligation to the Rogue Trader that Cassius simply failed to see in many others.Â
Everyone wanted something from him.Â
But no one would see him as she did.Â
She did not want what they wanted.Â
Cassius was truly in love with his blade.Â
A sharp ache suddenly radiated up his body and forced a yelp out of him. Pulled from his thoughts, he looked down and saw Kibellah had sunk her teeth into his inner thigh. She admired the mark of teeth and soft trickle of blood, and Cassius had no urge to scold her.Â
“Your taste, it overwhelms me, Domin’Cassius.” Kibellah purred against his punctured skin, as if drunk off his scent.Â
As the haze of lust dispersed for a brief moment, Cassius found the strength to pull and guide Kibellah onto the bed. His blade stole hungry bites and kisses on his lips as they adjusted positions--it seemed she had finally let the fears of earlier go.
Cassius pinned her back against the pillows where he leaned down and indulged her in the kisses she craved. Kibellah let another urge take hold and she pulled Cassius down against her, where her teeth sank into his shoulder with the same hunger as she did against his thigh.Â
Cassius did nothing but cry out in pain again. Perhaps this was Kibellah’s way to reckon with her body’s unwillingness to cooperate.Â
Cassius shook off the pain and lowered himself to take her breast into his mouth as his other clenched and squeezed her other supple mound. Though his gentle suckling turned into one vigorous bite on the mound between his lips as he returned Kibellah’s gesture. His blade arched her back into the bite, a blissful burst of feeling that made her let out a pained moan.Â
Cassius pulled his lips back to admire the fresh bruising that surrounded her areola. That admiration was interrupted by a sharp pain and burning behind his shoulder. He looked over and noticed Kibellah and clawed into his flesh before he was forced back down to suffer yet another bite on his other shoulder now. Through another pained cry he released himself and pinned Kibellah’s wrists above her head.Â
“You’re a bit too eager to taste me…” Cassius finally had to reign her in. He was no stranger to pain during intimacy but his curiosity needed to be sated first.Â
Kibellah let his scolding bounce off her and looked back at her lover through a hazy gaze.
“You told me to indulge myself.” Her tone expressed no annoyance and Cassius could swear she was almost teasing him by the sound of it. He bit at his own lip after being met with that hunger in her eyes again.Â
Something inside him wanted to tempt it. To let himself lay in the maw of a beast. To wonder if it would clamp down and claim him. Perhaps he would try it another day, he preferred to not test fate tonight.Â
“There is still so much to explore, do not attempt to devour me whole so soon.” Cassius spoke with a gentler tone in a attempt to placate her.Â
Kibellah shut her eyes and rolled her shoulders in contemplation for a moment.Â
“Then show me, Domin’Cassius. Show me more beyond my desire to consume you.”
Cassius was not sure to take that as a threat or a promise. Nonetheless, he released her wrists and let his lips return to their work across her body. His kisses continued to be peppered across her skin like he did earlier, but they steadily tried Kibellah’s patience. There had to be more then this there had to be—
Kibellah’s thoughts come to a grinding halt as she felt something breach her body. Hips bucked upwards in instinct and after a deep moan, she looked down to see two of Cassius’s fingers had slid inside her.  He did not bother to spare testing her with only one finger, seeing how eager her body accepted two.Â
Another whine left Kibellah as she felt the fingers part and stretch inside her. Cassius turned his wrist and wriggled his fingers deeper before he pressed upwards. He searched through Kibellah’s squirming and pleading whine. Sooner or later, he’d find it.Â
Even if he did not, Cassius leaned in and greeted her clit with another round of attention. Tongue and lips took turns to lap and suck at the sensitive nub once more. Eager to help Kibellah reach her peak since Cassius had all but forgo his own pleasure. It did not matter.Â
Tonight he preferred to tend to his blade.Â
The wriggling motion of his fingers turned into a deep and thorough thrusting motion backed by the strength of his arm. Cassius pistoned those pair of fingers into Kibellah with a tempered vigor and eagerness to see her to her peak. He did not slovenly or furiously pump his fingers, but he made sure Kibellah had little reprieve between each thrusts. Settled between her legs with determination as his lover squirmed and arched her back. He lifted his eyes enough to admire the valley of her breasts, and the mark he had left on one.Â
Kibellah’s toes curled and flexed while she sucked her teeth. There was no room to doubt what she needed now. She desperately wanted to reach the end of this road, towards the peak Cassius climbed with her. H e would feel the tension in her body build. Her walls constrict and release.Â
And with one last heave, Kibellah mounted the summit.
Cassius had removed himself from her and simply watch Kibellah reckon with this barrage of new sensations, as well as the crash that came soon after. A fall that was almost intense as the high. He climbed back up to greet her with soothing kisses as the two embraced. He could feel her excitement turning to anxiety.
Kibellah’s vision had went dark and panic settled when the high fell.Â
“I’m here, Kibellah.” He whispered against her lips, as he hoped to soothe her from descending any further.Â
Once more, she is pulled into the light.Â
Kibellah’s breathing eased and the tension in her body steadily melted. She was safe. She could sense Domin’Cassius again and leaned up to capture his lips.
“I was…afraid.” She admitted through a the haze of the afterglow.Â
Cassius gently cupped her cheeks. “Shall we not do this again?” He asked while he tried to mask his disappointment and worry. He feared he had dragged her to a place beyond her limits.Â
“I-I wish to know if you would feel what I felt. Would you feel the searing fire and shock as I did.” Kibellah’s question brought pause to Cassius, but he answered soon after.Â
“I…would? I did not hurt you I hope?”Â
“No. But I must think on this.”
Cassius sighed and buried his face in the crook of her neck. There they laid in each other’s arms, ruminating on this door they had open.Â
“Domin’Cassius. I must leave now. Please allow me to go.”Â
Cassius felt his heart sink as he heard the slight pleading tone in her words. He pushed himself off and simply sat on the edge of the bed. Cassius expected her to simply climb out of bed and hurry to collect her clothes, instead he was met with her standing before him, his face grabbed and met with a hungry kiss. He welcomed the gesture even if it was over too soon.Â
Cassius then watched his blade leave the room and walk back into her world.Â
