Ness’ PK Fire (Earthbound or Smash Bros. Special Attack)

1/2 oz Everclear

1/2 oz. Cinnamon Schnapps

1 oz. Dragon’s Blood (Our own IG creation, a liqueur of ginger, habanero, and plum)

Jalapeno (Garnish)

Cherry bombs (everclear-soaked cherries; Garnish)

Ice

Combine all the alcohols in a shaker with the ice and shake to chill. Strain and pour into a rocks glass.  Garnish with cherry bombs and jalapeno.  

Warning:  This one will burn like Hell.  We challenged the crew to shoot it and eat the garnish (a six-pack of Stone Beer helped with the convincing).  Only one was foolish enough to do it, and he was crying and chugging milk for the next fifteen minutes.
