SMOKEY BLUE MAKEUP

With the party season upon us, I thought it was time to create something super smokey but with a splash of vibrancy! And as I have Brown eyes, an ideal colour to emphasis them is Blue.

Here I used a mix of creams and powders in a Matte and Metallic finish. This creates texture and adds depth to the look.

The tutorial for this makeup will be up on my YouTube on the 27th November! It’s in association with Simple, so I will be showing you how to remove this heavy makeup so that you are not left with the dreaded ‘Panda Eye’ effect.

Just repurchased these 2 babies! This Australis Fresh And Flawless pressed powder is the powder of your dreams. It literally lives up to its name and makes your skin look flawless. This is also a great dupe for the MAC Studio Fix powder. And this foundation is awesome too! It's in my top 3 (It's hard to choose just 1 since skin changes). This foundation has great coverage, is light and long wearing! It's just a beautiful formula that I believe would suit most skin types. Australis is animal friendly, affordable and everything is amazing quality! Only draw back is the lack of shades to choose from, but luckily they have just brought out some lightening and darkening drops that you can add to your foundation to adjust the shade. Prices: I picked these 2 up from Coles as they had a 1/2 price sale (still do until Wednesday 27th). Usual price, powder: $12.95 Usual price, foundation: $16.49 You can purchase this brand from Coles, Kmart, Big W or Priceline. Priceline have the biggest range and testers so I recommend looking there. Products by them that I also recommend are the Velour Lips matte lip cream, Oh Hai brow kit, Liquid Black eyeliner, Colour Inject lipstick, Makeup Finishing Spritz and the Banana Powder.

Swatches from the @colourbytbn palette! How insane is this? So pigmented and so affordable! (More info in last post) 😍

Picked this palette up for $2 today! It is probably the most buttery and pigmented drugstore palette I have ever used and it’s by a brand that I’ve never heard of before. This says something, test all products, just because it’s a big name doesn’t mean it’s better than one for $2! Trust the little guys too!🌹 @colourbytbn
