what you are aware of is the proof that you’re not separate from it!

think about it for a moment...

a thought appears, and you are aware of it. an emotion appears, and you are aware of it. a desire appears, and you are aware of it. the world appears, and you are aware of it.

how could you be separate from something that is already being experienced?

people often imagine awareness as if it’s locked away somewhere inside a person, looking out at a distant world. but experience doesn’t actually happen that way. everything you know, whether it’s a memory, a dream, a sensation, a desire, or the physical world itself, is known in the same awareness. the moment something is experienced, it is no longer “over there.” it is already here as experience.

first there is experience. then the mind says, “that is outside of me” or “that is separate from me.”

but the direct experience itself never says that.

what you are aware of is already appearing within awareness, and that is why separation can never be anything more than an idea. the very fact that something is known is proof that it is not separate from the awareness that knows it.

eyebrow & eyelash growth

although my eyebrows & lashes are naturally thick, the ends of my eyebrows are thinner than the rest and my eyelashes aren't really that long. so i'm trying to grow them as much as possible before back to school.

i'm using rosemary, hibiscus, & fenugreek water on both my eyebrows and lashes then a little argan oil. previously when i did this for my lashes i saw growth so i'm really excited to see how much they're gonna grow!!

P.S. if you're using oil or a serum on your lashes, make sure you also clean your lashes when you wash ur face so it doesn't cause any problems!!
