I forgot to go grocery shopping and I didn’t have any keto friendly foods in the house so yesterday was my first “cheat” day. I had a Philly cheesesteak w fries and candy

This is one of the biggest reasons I was hesitant to start my locs. I’ve always been too afraid of looking “too black” or intimidating to white people but what the fuck kind of life am I living that I’m restricting my growth to make others feel comfortable???! Shits backwards smh

Update

I’ve decided to give up sugar for lent and to start the keto diet so this blog will also be used to document that since it is a part of my spiritual journey
