🎃Halloween Thinspo Prep🎃

Go buy a big fall scented candle. Your favorite scent you can find. Buy the biggest they have.

Now go home. Light that candle. Get cozy.

Now whenever you feel like binging I want you to light that candle. Lock your door. And just focus on the smell of the candle. Find something to do. Watch a Halloween movie. Put on some American Horror Story. Clean your room.

Large candles can take weeks to burn completely. Try and avoid binging until the candle no longer will burn. This is what I will be doing to prep for Halloween.
