Today was the first time I have ever went to the gym myself!
A small thing to most people but a huge achievement for me. I am quite hungry now though but I have already had my 3 meals for today so I won’t bother with anything more. My eating today went ok. I ate more today than I did yesterday, but I went to gym and burnt 250 cals so it all works out.
Spicy potato cubes with sausage, egg and spicy tomato chutney
2x slices of gluten free toast with butter and raspberry jam
2x rice noodle nests with a yeast free stock cube
2x peppermint tea (with soy milk)
1 pint of Mi Wady and water
This morning I went and had a host of blood tests taken. I do not keep well and we are trying to get to the bottom of it. Possibly dehydrated, I really don’t drink enough so I am trying to make a consecutive effort to drink more. (I have a habit of forgetting about my tea and end up not drinking it.)
Stepped on the scales today and I am down to 15 stone so 3 pounds off. A long way to go but headed in the right direction. I have organised nothing else to do with the wedding or the house though I have a bridal appointment on the 29th, quite looking forward to that as I have viewed their dresses online and they are lovely! Tomorrow I plan to get the last of my Christmas presents - I have not been organised at all this year so last minute it is! Tired tonight so I am headed to bed as I want to get up in the morning and treat myself to a Christmas swim ! Bliss!
