Here's my androgynous psyker with an immensely fat ass who heals people with the clap of his cheeks. The core concept is that he's empathic asf, basically the primarchcest vessel and sex therapist for everyone. I made him before I knew anything about other the Primarchs, so he's kinda like Angron, Magnus and Sanguinius mixed together.

He's almost as horny as Fulgrim, but from a gentle 'let me love you' perspective instead of actual desire. Somatic healing is his schtick, since mentally bruteforcing people to feel better doesn't really fix the trauma held in the body. Has a huge savior complex and very little drive or identity on his own, he's a 'fixer' type. He also has no gender identity and can biomancy his body into any form he want, but uses male pronouns because that's what 99% of the people he's around are comfortable with.
He doesn’t enjoy hurting anyone, not even xenos since he believes every life has the right to exist. The exception to this is chaos creatures who are clearly insane or trapped in a messed up bargain, which he mercykills due to believing they're going to suffer for eternity. Chaos Gods dont play nice and he sees way too much of the warp to believe otherwise. The Emperor didn't give him this personality; it developed as a way to cope with his constant awareness of reality peeling in every dimension possible. He has some really wild beliefs XD
His eyes are impossible to look into unless you’re an extremely powerful Psyker, and he usually wears a golden half-mask to prevent people going insane by accidentally looking at him.
14/18 primarchs loathe and distrust him. His title is 'the Twin Flame' but his brothers call him variants of 'witch' mostly. He’s barely used in the Crusade as he’s more loyal to protecting his homeworld than conquering worlds, and is very good at keeping threats from the Eye of Terror away from the rest of the Imperium.
He hails from a lost world that slips out of knowledge every few centuries due to position in space, warp fuckery and extremely perilous travel; it’s at the far edge of the Koronus Expanse. He also has the split personality thing coz he needs to compartmentalise his wrath or he will just have his heart hurt all the time due to the necessity of violence for the Emperor’s Dream.

Praelucente Alpha - An oceanic pleasure world. Has air-sealed hives at the bottom of the sea where it’s pretty much hell for the common folk. Only rich aristocrats live on the surface in fancy mansions and sprawling estates. There are two suns and huge radiation shielding domes cover entire continents. Ancient archotech made these domes and every creature on the planet knows to venture beyond means death. Expedition teams have radiation proof Nullsuits to help, but those only last maybe 30 mins outside. The planet has a very short night and an eye-searingly bright day, that its populace has grown accustomed to over millennia. The citizens are agnostic and believe in Self as God, because ‘we can use psychic powers thus the warp bends to our will’.
Legion Info:
Called the ‘Adeptus Lucis’ by people on their homeworld, who don’t really care much for the Imperium and see these guys as the ruling Noble House’s private army. Most of the hive-dwelling civilians underground have never seen an Astartes before, and spend their lives in squalor toiling to enrich the lives of the nobility on the surface. The Primarch owns the entire system and planet, but is never seen by the populace due to being sensitive to other people’s suffering. If he walks among them, he’s gonna have a seizure. He strongly prefers to do battle from a distance by manipulating threads in the Warp.
The Legio II Iridiates have an elite Grand Company called the Lightborn. Their zealous overuse of white-gold and rainbows, spectral effects and psychedelic crystals from their homeworld render them some of the flashiest psykers in the Imperium.
Armor Colors: Opal ceramic look with gold trims. Generally very light and pastel looking, fitting well with the natural marble and pristine beaches of their homeworld. I'd post a pic of a marine with this color scheme but since it's a mockup I decided not to. They look fuckin awesome tho!
Heraldry: Usually a white diamond with others positioned in a chain-link pattern by either side. Also an almond-shaped vertical third eye in white, with gold or iridescent fire around it.
Legion Quirks - They're fanatic as hell and worship their Primarch more than the Emperor. Hair and skin bleaching is practiced amongst the Legion, as their Primarch is albino and those who don’t look like him try their damndest to. The geneseed alters melanin expression over the course of decades, which gradually bleaches the Astartes naturally as they age, but newborn ones often go right for the hydroquinone in order to fit in with their brothers. They also have a unique relationship with their battle-brothers, in that they are closely knit and care for each other like family, regardless of if they know each other personally or not. They’ll easily share a tent, lean on each other or offer counsel instead of just going ‘do your duty bro’. This is a trait gained and inspired by their Primarch, who is a warrior-counselor using his formidable psyker abilities for peaceful purposes. While not a pacifist, their Primarch generally respects life – the exception being demons and other creatures of Chaos, who he doesn’t consider ‘people’ as they're being influenced by the Ruinous Powers // have disowned their humanity. So, the Legion is pretty merciless against beings from the Warp.
Relationship with the Emperor: The Primarch doesn’t blindly worship the Emperor, but recognizes a greater mind than his own and genuinely respects big E, even if he does disagree with the whole purging the galaxy business. Big E keeps him around because despite their differences, the Iridiates are damn good at killing Chaos.
ANYWAY YEAH! there's a summary of da lore. I still need a name for him (and I can't call him Lucius without invoking the bald tongue guy from the Emperor's Children) so I need an L-name that sounds lightpilled. Can't call him Lux because thats a brand of soap here and I will laugh every time. XD
And yes, he is almost 1:1 in concept with @iron-peebo's Icarus, as we designed our characters from the same seed and are uniquely insane about them. MEOW!!!
