What do you crave? Right now, I'm craving oily foods
Obsessed with new app called streaks. I'm working on being consistent in my keystone habits, meditating, eating mindfully, daily cardio and lifting weights three times a week. Streaks helps me keep track of what I need to do every day and you can build "streaks" for how many days of consistency you are able to achieve. So far, loved how it helps me stay organized and motivated. As a student, I often can feel overwhelmed and stressed out by my to-do list, getting in workouts, sleeping and having a social life, but I've been feeling more in control by keeping track of everything on the app. It even has stuff like "organize a social event" reminders to help busy students remember to have a social life :) Any other productivity apps people recommend?

Hi! Thank you for your message. Sorry for the slight delay, Easter and all. I have the perfect app for this! There’s an app called “Streaks” and you can make a streak for anything kind of goal you’d like to keep tabs on.
