Quarantine Time

Today is Day 14 of social distancing for myself, and it has been really hard. Definitely the hardest day so far, and I’m not entirely sure why. My depression has just really hit today and I am incredibly low energy. Nothing can maintain my interest right now. 

I’m really missing and worrying about my parents. I wish I could be with them during this really scary time, but I need to remain in NY to help keep them safe. It’s crazy to think that the best way for me to keep my parents safe is by not visiting them right now.
