-I would also like to note that no inc*st, or relationship ever comes about in our hcs between Cain, Akira, and Sano.
We canon Akira being very well versed in music! Growing up he was neglected by Cain, while Cain pushed Sano into medicine. Akira was left to his own devices and really enjoyed playing the piano. Although, once Cain noticed this, he pushed him into the military. Since โmusicโ had served no purpose or benefit in his eyes, Akira gave up a dream of his and entered the military.
In our rewrite, Akira and Annabel Winters are a couple, however, Annabel was once with Sano back in their earlier years. Akira being the jealousy/yandere type, eventually starts catching on to her still flirtatious behavior towards Sano. This leads to Akiraโฆperhaps, maybe, possibly cheating with a certain friends oc. To further explain, Akira would start to become confrontational, bringing up how odd it is, and asking, โAre you with me? Or not.โ
Akira is a massive dude (โฆbc we say so), and so his touch feels v v rough when heโs actually being gentle, because itโs so easy for him to bruise /wilt someone/something (cough cough Nicolette)
he smokes, so much, like a pack a day โhow do you not have cancer??โ smoke, he IS the type to smoke after sex
Akira is v physical touch, likely because Cain neglected him, but itโs funny because itโs only physical touch w those heโs close to (heโll throw Angelica up in the air, heโs not afraid to shake Sano, Nicolette heโs always touching, her hip, her hand, her hair, her legs) because heโs v much like โpersonal space.โ with everyone else
Akira seems like the nicer twin, and he is, but heโs just as meanโitโs just less direct, he isnโt afraid to call someone stupid, like Sano makes an observation about a person where Akira is just v โโฆdamn, youโre not the sharpest arenโt you..?โ
he used to curse a lot when he was younger but heโs mellowed out, still speaks v informally though
in private moments, itโs likely that Akira is lounging outside looking over papers or in the hall, where the piano isโ-he composes music a lot and gets the most random melodies shoved into his head, and his fingers will tap subtly, trying to memorize the keys in his head.

Sano got his PhD young, very young, early into his 20โs, 21 precisely. He uses magic heโs not supposed to, learning arcane/Dark magic from Cain. Heโs sharp, cold, smart. Picked up a lot of traits from his adoptive father. He borders on sadistic and sociopathic tendencies, heโs extremly detached from human emotions, and quite narcissistic.
This man is accomplished, like Akira, heโs a Veteran, but served less time in the military draft. Heโs a neurosurgeon, chief and director of his hospital, and a Demon Integration Alliance ambassador. For those uninitiated, The DIA was a dollmaker thing, it was to integrate demons and humans together, with sano being an ambassador because of his demon-human healthcare.
He also has a small side business with the mafia, selling off organs or whatever he doesnโt use/need in his experiments. Entrusting Akira to make the deliveries, since heโs heavily involved with underground business.
Sano has a short-temper, in dollmaker we see how he becomes physically aggressive when something he doesnโt like is said or done. Physically taking it out on the person, whether thatโs a victim or in most cases Angelica). Heโs, like Akira, a big man two inches below his younger brother, but knows what he can do to people, and enjoys that. Though in public he knows how to act.
Heโs cruel, saying things without any thought of how it may affect someone else. Brushing people off his shoulders, and keeping everyone, expect those heโs closest with at arms length. Even then, heโs rather cold. Only from time-to time does his true emotions come to the surface. (Even during sex he can be ratherโฆquiet. Though- bc I also said so, this man lets it out when heโs on his wife.)
Onto sillier things, sano smells like a mix of black coffee, cigarettes, slight musk, cologne, and sometimes like chemicals. Depends on what he did that day, and his hair can be minty because of the soap he uses.
He uses his flames to ignite the furnaces and likes to read over his notes, (how he reads them with his messy handwritingโฆitโs a special talent), medical journals, or any sort of book by the fire, keeping his cold-blooded self warm. Heโd probably prefer some philosophical books if not science, of course written in Japanese.
He doesnโt sleep much, heโs half-demon, doesnโt really need it, but treats it like a well deserve reward. Especially if heโs been up for days locked in his medical bay. He naturally will cuddle to the warmest thing, besides his 500 stitch heated duvet, it would likely be Angelica.
Heโs not a fan of sweets or anything oily, heโs a doctor, theyโre not health beneficial, and donโt quite suit his pallet. Sano prefers red meats like steak, depending on how heโs feeling he could without a doubt eat it raw.
Sano has a fang thatโs bigger than the other, in my art you can see it. Itโs his snagged tooth.
One more thing, this man mayโ he definitely enjoys rough sex, because after heโs been working all day, and experimenting all night. He just needs to take his stress and frustration out someway. Heโs got the stamina.
