ok. here goes again.

ok so i’m going back on my fruit and veggie cleanse in hopes of losing 39 lbs starting today, july 25rd, 2016. the first three days are usually the worst craving wise and just mentally and physically, so i know if i can get past these first three days, i can do 39 lbs in 39 days. here goes nothing!
