As a highly sensitive person, when I watch a movie or a show and i feel everything portrayed by the actors... It is great acting. 

If it feels so real, that I need to take a break, then the actors are fucking geniuses.

In my whole life I experienced it with just one actor on several occasions. The last time it was while watching Breeders (the scene in the hospital, when they decided about inducing a coma). This was too real and I was hurting.
